She was running about a half hour late, which is not uncommon for most doctors. A physical exam was not conducted, other than examination of my right calf. Prior to my appt, I submitted medical documentation, and sent Dr Corbeille an email requesting review of the documentation prior to my appt. At the beginning of my appt, I asked Dr Corbeille if she had reviewed the documentation I submitted, and she replied, "I started to but then I got distracted". I asked her if she had read my email and she looked puzzled and replied, "no". The majority of the appointment was spent discussing past health history, instead of treatment options. She provided a 3 minute ozone treatment in the ears. Felt tine until about the 48 hour mark, then had a severe herxheimer reaction that lasted 8 days. Was sold a $50 bottle of ozone pills, which also were not well tolerated. If you are immunocompromised or an asthmatic, this practice might not be a good fit for you. The entire office was very fragrant. The scent was noticeable immediately upon entering, and lingered on my person long after the appt was over. The receptionist said she couldn't smell anything and looked puzzled when I mentioned the scent throughout the office. Appt was $400 in total with no benefit gained from the visit.

When other doctors were not able to pinpoint my awful headaches and fatigue, they suggested I take prescription meds that actually exasperated my symptoms and caused other health issues for me. Once I saw Dr Timmer, she was able to determine my health issues: food sensitivities and then some. Once I cut the bad foods out, the headaches and fatigue subsided. I will also attest to Dr. Timmer's communication. I was extremely sick in the Spring time, potentially with Covid. I was in and out of the doctors (ER and urgent care). I was bed-ridden for two weeks. I contacted Dr. Timmer every time I had a concern, and she followed up with my concerns and road to recovery via emails within a couple of hours or so. After recovering, I started to have other health issues and Dr Timmer was able to determine I had a heart murmur after being so deathly ill. This baffles me, only because when I was in and out of the ER and Urgent Care, no one told me they heard a heart murmur when they listened to my heart. I DO not trust anyone for medical care except this woman. She is warm, welcoming, approachable and wise. She is a prodigy of health care, not symptom care. And I can't thank her enough for giving me the tools to create a healthier lifestyle for me.

After meeting him for the first time, I wasn't worried--he was personable, answered all of my questions, and had come highly recommended by three people (a nurse, an anesthesiologist, and a GP--none of whom worked with him). His reputation is well earned and accurate. This knee replacement was nothing like the first. Pain control was great, and any time I have had a question or concern, I have received a thorough explanation and he has always been willing to take as much time as needed for me to feel comfortable and understand. Both of my knees work great; but the experience of m second knee replacement was so different--I highly recommend Dr. Sorenson!

Dr. Christosomo has been seeing me for a shoulder injury, and has been for the most part very helpful, and was great getting me in to see their acupuncturist and also seems very concerned about helping patients find the lowest cost treatment options available. However, on a recent visit, she had my chart mixed up with another patient's, and it was only after a very confusing first couple of minutes of the exam that she realized this. On another visit, I was left in an exam room for forty minutes before a nurse came in and asked me if anyone had seen me yet. They are VERY busy, and it seems like their organization is suffering because of it. An unrelated issue I'd also mention isn't exactly a complaint, it's just the nature of their practice and something good to know before being seen there- I don't think they are equipped to treat long term injuries that require more invasive care. Dr. C. has seen me for a shoulder injury that is over a year old, and is continuing to get worse. She has been up front with me and told me that "in a perfect world" the next step would be to do an MRI to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan, but in the world of "discount" medicine, I don't think this is realistic. Go here for low cost health care necessities, not for other types of treatment.

I got diagnosed with a very serious health issue and decided that I would continue my care with him as the chiropractic side of it went great. I've been going to him for this for a couple of months and now that my health issues are getting worse I've had serious issues sleeping and can only sleep for like 10-15 minutes at a time then up for hours and it is keeping me from being able to go to work because I don't have the energy as I'm not getting close to the amount of rest I need. I went to doctor young and I explained to him that I needed something to help me sleep at night because I was getting 0 to an hour of sleep a night and I needed to be able to go to work and function. He prescribes me a "natural sleep aid" and says this will help me sleep. So I spend 25+ dollars for the medicine and go home and take it as soon as I get home because I hadn't slept in 24 hours and had to miss another day of work so I figured I'd utilize the day to sleep and rest. Long story short I ended up taking about 5-6 of these pills that were supposed to help me sleep and never got tired and was up all day and all night. Insurance doesn't cover the natural medicine so all the medicine has to be paid for out of pocket. So I was very upset that I paid 25+ dollars for 30 pills I call and asked for him to prescribe me and actual medicine at the pharmacy that would actually help me get some sleep and his response was that the medicine he prescribed takes up to 6 days to start working..... 6 freakin days!!!!!! I told him from the beginning that I needed something to help me sleep that night not in 6 days. Never have I felt so upset when he knows what I've been diagnosed with and the issues I was having. Dr Young is about lining his pockets and not helping his patients. Not to mention that he is as filling out my leave paperwork and instead of putting down a realistic time frame that I'd be off work which is around two months he puts down that I'd be on leave for a year!!!! Like it was denied immediately!!! What kind of idiot is this clown. I was sitting there to answer any questions and he never asked how long my treatment would be and I assumed because he was my primary he was in touch with the other doctors but apparently not. This guy totally screwed up my paperwork on top of selling me something the wasn't helpful. I would NEVER go back to this guy. He has totally set me back and now I'm left scrambling to find a new primary care doctor and only have so many days to resubmit my paperwork. Very unprofessional to say the least!!!!!

Pulled hamstrings, quads, sprained ankles you name it, I've probably had to deal with it! But being able to get stem treatment and ultra sound done was always so helpful. Not such a fan of the stem... To me kinda feels like ants crawling all over your skin... But I just deal with it because the results are amazing! Heating and icing as well were recommended, as with most injuries! But being able to come here and get some work done with the therapist, leaning new stretches and exercises to help warm up the muscles to stretch them more still helps me to this day! My husband and I found Dr Raisis to be very friendly, respectful and great bedside manner. I am very, very picky about who my doctors are, and I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr Raisis. In the recovery room I heard staff talking about him, and they had nothing but good things to say about him. In my book, if medical staff speaks highly of a doctor, that is who I'm going too see! Dr Pritchett made a good choice!! Two wonderful doctors, and this morning, I'm sore but no real pain!! I was told to expect lots of pain post op...doesn't seem to be happening! And I credited those two doctors and the great staff at Swedish Ortho Insitiute!!

I don't live in Seattle anymore so this review is rather overdue, but I am currently reviewing my…read morerecords from Dr. Raisis and his colleague Dr. Steege, which reminded me I wanted to review them here. Dr. Raisis in particular was completely disinterested in my case; he was never receptive to anecdotes that would help explain my symptoms (in fact, he outright said he had never seen my particular issue in his career, when in fact it is a fairly common issue and relatively easy to see on diagnostic images, according to information I've gathered and surgeons I've met in the meantime). For a few years I defended him, saying that while his bedside manner was terrible, he was a good "mechanic." That changed when I was diagnosed and treated for a rare infection that Dr. Raisis had neglected to warn me was a possibility of the last surgery he had done on me. In fact, Dr. Steege had seen me while I was trying to get a diagnosis, and he correctly guessed what was wrong but dismissed me saying that couldn't be the case. By the time my infection was diagnosed, there was an imminent threat of kidney failure (yes, stemming from a neuro issue!). I would not recommend Dr. Raisis or his colleague Dr. Steege. Terrible customer service, and negligent doctors with little interest in cases they do not find compelling.
