They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go. If you're dealing with anything orthopedic-related and want a team that actually listens and treats you like a human, I would absolutely recommend them.

I was interviewing multiple doctors and he was just one of a few. He answered all my questions and they were extensive. He took the time to explain the procedure and what approach he was going to take. What recovery would look like and all the complications from a major surgery. His compassion was evident and he did not pressure me to chose him. I visited the other doctors and Dr. Richard Grey stood heads and shoulders above them all. I just had the first of two procedures, the procedure went as planned and a good prognosis is indicated. So when it comes time for the second surgery I have no doubt Dr. Gray will be as successful. I've been in their care for the better part of a year. Knee issues, requiring steroid injections and finally the need for a full knee replacement. It is now three weeks post-surgery and, according to my team and my Physical Therapist, I am making excellent progress. The surgical scar is impressively short, straight and healing nicely. I can now bend my knee to 90 degrees, with plans to go well beyond that in the coming weeks. I went into this with the expectation that I would be up and about the day of surgery, that I would tackle PT with specific weekly goals in mind and, with the help of my team, would manage the inevitable pain and any unforeseen setbacks. Together, we've done just that. Alex is wonderfully efficient. She, as my main point of contact, ensures that any issues I have are communicated to the right people, appointments are scheduled and prescriptions are refilled in a timely manner. Morgan, Dr. Coray's PA, has been my main point of medical contact post-surgery (so far). She was in attendance during surgery, so she "knows" my knee. Morgan carefully examined the surgical site during my initial follow-up appointment and is happy with progress. Dr. Coray has the quiet demeanor of a skilled, competent surgeon - one who has done this for many years. I liked him immediately. We went over my tests and x-rays, the various alternatives to treatment, and jointly arrived at a plan going forward. No rush, no pressure - he listened carefully and answered all my questions. Bottom line: I highly recommend Dr. Coray and his team. In fact, my left knee will likely require the same surgery in the coming months, and there's no question who will be doing it.
