This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.
