I'd give more stars if I could. This is day 2 of having my Stage 2 E40 M340i xDrive tuned by Kies. I drove two hours from Pennsylvania to get a DME Unlock, ECU Tune, xHP tune, and Flex Fuel Kit installed. Upon arrival Bryan came out immediately and greeted me. Explained the process in perfect detail and got started right away while I waited in the waiting room. He then calls me back to the dyno area where he perform multiple runs making sure I had the right mixture of fuel. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a shop. Just installed the GTS style taillights on my wife's 335i. First off they fit and work perfectly! Kies Motorsports install video on YouTube is spot on and easy to follow. Secondly, I told them when I ordered that it was a birthday gift for my wife and wanted the packaging to be hidden so she wouldn't know what it is and they did! Only thing the box said is "kies" so the wife had no idea what it was. And on top of that they gave her some free merchandise, t shirt, hat, key chain, sticker, and a hand written note basically saying happy birthday. Just a great all around experience! Most amazing customer service! I was looking for a part that was listed out of stock on Kies website. This was on a Friday when my car was scheduled to go into the shop the following Thursday. I emailed customer service to see if they could get it for me, and ship it in time for me to have it before Thursday. Recently purchased a carbon lip spoiler from Kies. Became a fan of the shop through their YT channel and heard great things about their carbon.
