I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this shop. I came in yesterday to ask about getting my car windows tinted. Kiké told me he could not do it that day, but specifically told me to come back Saturday at 10 AM and that he would take care of it. I showed up today at the time I was told, only to be greeted by a young kid who asked if I had an appointment. I explained that Kiké told me to come in at 10 AM. Instead of honoring what I was told, they acted like they had no idea what was going on and said other people with appointments were already ahead of me. I would not have wasted my time driving there if I had not been told directly to come in. What made it worse was that they kept me standing around with no clear answer, no real confirmation, and no respect for my time. It felt like they were prioritizing other people who showed up after or people they personally knew, while I was left waiting with no explanation. After waiting long enough, I finally asked directly if they were going to take my car in or not. Instead of giving me a straight answer, they just asked for my phone number and said they would call me. At that point, I left. This was a complete waste of my time and a very poor way to treat a customer. If you tell someone to come in at a specific time, then honor it. If you cannot take the car, be honest upfront instead of leaving the customer standing there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for a customer's time was unacceptable. they might give you a cheaper price here, but it's not worth the headache. You have to deal with these people. Imagine you have to come back to do a retain because there's a bubble inside your tent. These guys are gonna waste your time. read more

The day we arrived a young kid said there's other people with appointment but didn't clarify that our 10 am wouldn't be honored. When the kid was trying to find out about the appt we had to his father "kike" he said in conversation dad (so in so )came and has two cars to tint , this other guy says he has an appointment.He was not professional and didn't provide any professional service or apology for not being clear and not taking our 10 am appointment. Good morning, I got my tint done 2 months ago and the tint has so many specks they are visible, the tint is not lined up with the windows edge, Im not a professional but yes I've got 3 cars in the past that I got the windows tint done. The lady doing the tint on my car's windows was very rude! When I asked about the tint, I told them I wanted a lighter shade and was with the impression that's what they were going to use. They had me sit away from where I wasn't able to see my car, so when they finally told me it was ready I was very upset, they sold me out on something I didn't ask for so I told her that's not what I asked her for, long story short if I wanted to change the tint I had to pay extra for them to remove it and pay for the new tint. I paid 280$ for something I didn't ask for yet there's specks all over and the tint isn't lined up! Looks like a home made beginning job. I tried calling to speak with the owner and letting him know I wasn't satisfied and it's never possible, he not available, call back. Not to mention they are not happy with their own workers, stating they have to pick up their slack when installing a stereo. I honestly didn't think anything of it i was there for window tint! Update; I had to return to Kike's Auto Sound because the JVC, am/fm, compact disk player stereo they sold me stopped working. I purchsed that stereo 4 years ago from them and I thought it was OK that it lasted 4 years. When went back into Kikes, I was met by a young Mexican guy. He took my stereo out of the dash board and showed me that water somehow got into the dash and shorted out the stereo. He then went in to the office and came back out with a new stereo. He plugged in the new stereo and it worked. This new stereo had Bluetooth in it (I didn't want Bluetooth but, that was the only stereo that they had that was like my original stereo) so I agreed to purchase it. I asked him how much the new stereo was, he told me that it was $200. I then asked him how much to install it and he told me that he would NOT charge me for the installation. I told him to install it. After he installed it, he set up the stereo to work with my cell phone and showed me how to use the Bluetooth connection with my cell phone. This guy also setup the time and put all my favorite channels on memory. This guy was so nice and easy to talk to. He had the old one out and the new one in so fast. I will be returning to Kike's Auto Sound again in the future!! I like this place!!! read more

I came here to get the crap stock speakers in my Lexus ES350 replaced with Infinity Kappa's and I am VERY pleased with the sound quality and the care they took with my luxury car. Got a alarm key Synced to my truck here they were cool so I decided to get my sound system fixed a few months later... so let me just say I know how to fix a lot of things on my truck and looked at my electrical prior to bringing it in to see if I was down to do it, decided I better pay someone to do it. I don't want my truck to catch fire. So I pay almost 500$ to get an amp put in (with wires already there from my last ones so literally plug and play) they say oh we need to add a new power and ground and another wire I say okay let's do it then music stops working so I pull out my sound system and find that they literally used a f***ing charger in my system hahaha are you f***ing serious I pay 500$ for them to try and catch my truck on fire. I'm very happy with the sound system they installed in my BMW 335IS. It's a convertible and so I wanted a custom box for my subwoofer that took up very little space. But I also wanted it to have quality bass look good in the car. Kike built a custom box for a kicker 10 in with a nice strong pioneer amp. It's way more than I needed for this car and I really like it. The custom box was well-built and matches the carpet of my car. I could not be happier. It was worth driving to him because he does prioritize good work and will ask you to come back to finish work, he never rushed with the work he did for my car. I went there today at 5:50 pm because there hours State that they close at 7pm which I remember them closing that late. Had to get a small window re tinted on my back door and instead of the lady saying let me look at the size or let me ask, just said no we want to go home and we are working on our last car which they had two in the 3 car bay. Biggest nightmare of my life. This guy is seriously crooked . On November 14th 2018, I went over to request for a basic alarm for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe which would just arm & disarm or provide some kind of security to my vehicle. Joe recommended a basic Viper 3305V alarm for $280 & I agreed to it but he kept insisting if not forcing me that I should spend a couple hundred dollars more for a better alarm. He told me to leave the tahoe for half a day but half a day turned to all day & 2 whole days ? Seriously dude lol. I noticed that his usual electrician wasn't there so he had someone else wrongly installed or hooked my alarm to the wires that were connected to the gas pedal & the throttle body. I found out through win Chevrolet after they charged me $180 just to diagnose the nightmare plus some 5 hours of figuring out what wires went were for a total of $680. Kikes auto sounds did me wrong by doing a complete mickie mouse job. My next step is putting a negative review on Yelp & calling BBB - the better business Bureau. read more

I purchased my car on august 26 from Infiniti of South Bay! Who are the best by the way... They referred me to this place, as the owner and several other of their customers were sent there. From the moment i called to make an appointment, the young lady was rude. I remained professional and made it clear that I was referred by Infiniti, as they have a contract of referring their clients there. With no hesitation I was given a quote of $300... I said no thank you!! She said ok well the best I can do is $290... ummmm did I sound like a fool?? I told her no and that I would search around and call her back. I went on a hunt and called her back just to have an appointment in place but I called my salesman and manager to tell them what happened. They immediately called the owner and he said that wasn't right and that it would be $240. Still wasn't what I was looking to pay but I kept my appointment. when I arrived the young lady was so unprofessional!!! Once she got off the phone she never greeted but said who you are leaving your car? I said no I will wait. She said it will be 4 hours. I said for what? she said well its a new car and we want to take our time. I said i will not and i would have never made this appointment for today if it would take this long. she said well I told you that on the phone. I told her no you didn't at this point the conversation is getting heated and she began to get rude, looking at my car and asking questions that had nothing to do with what I was trying to establish with her. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he is rarely here. I even showed her the text message from the dealer and she really got rude. I said well let me speak to the person who will doing my car. she said oh she went to wash her hands and then she is going to lunch. I said how is she going to lunch when I have an appointment? She said and plus she doesn't speak english, so talk to me. I said I will not and walked out. she do you want to reschedule and I kept walking. She taunts the situation with "bye have a good day"... I kept walking because I had my son with me. I went back to the dealer which is down the street and told them what happened. They called the owner and from what has been said is nothing but good things about him. They even said they didn't know of any women ever working there. The owner is a ex NFL player and takes all of his cars there... I will never refer anyone to them and pray for anyone after me that goes!!! read more

This place is the worst. I took my car stereo to get installed. And a week later the whole stereo fell into my dash because they over tighten the screws. That held the bracket on. Then my power cord came lose from the back of the stereo because they didn't tie them together properly and the wire for my reverse camera never stays in place and always falls down and hangs out the window. They pretty much ruined ever thing they touched. This place is completely garbage. Before you go here I would recommend watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself. Or pay this place and have to fix everything yourself. Oh I almost for got. I paid to have my steering wheel buttons hooked up. And they barely work half the time. You push one button and it does something else that it's not supposed to. They should just turn the place into a garbage company. Seems like all they do is garbage work anyway. All employees are friendly and helpful. The owner has been in the business for many years and is able to handle any request from the smallest of jobs up to the big ballers. The job took a little longer than projected, but I wasn't in a hurry. The owner called me back after I left to inform me that he wanted to refund me $100 since they were able to recycle some of the uphostery materials! I was so shocked! I enjoy supporting local businesses, but I had my windows tinted, in March 2022, and they still ain't right, I went and purchased an alarm 2 months later for $380, I even seen on line for $120, but being the generous person I am I still took them my buisness, 6months later , my truck doesn't even turn on and the alarm was spazzing out, I had to have my own truck towed at my expense to kikes, and they tried to say it's my truck, sure nuff, it was their cheap ass used shit that they used , health's installer popped one off another , and put it in mine , well about 2 months after that my truck wasn't locking when I enabled the alarm , I took it back and he took the same module out and never called me , no nothing , so I have to go elsewhere and spend more money to have it DONE RIGHT! Went in to fix some wires the automatic doors on my Jeep Wrangler. It was a simple wire striping and connecting them back together and adding some zip ties. Time of labor was 5-10 minutes and charged me 20 dollars. If you ask me the place is a rip off and customer service isn't great at all. Don't come here I would recommended it. read more

Was driving home and my car wouldn't stop shaking, opened up my hood to see broken pieces of plastic and my plastic engine cover cracked in several places. I went to Kike's for the first time in August to get an aux cord installed for my Toyota Avalon which has no aux port whatsoever. They were nice and I ended up paying around $115 for the cord and installation. Before it even reached 30 days, the cord completely stopped working. First, it would hear a static noise. Then I couldn't hear music out of one of my speakers, and each side would switch up. The left would work or the right would work. I was then down to only one speaker working, and I had to hold the cable in a certain way, WHILE driving just to hear music. So I go back and they tell me it was a product recall wire, and installed a new one for free. Im like okay, Cool. The cord works from August to the beginning of October until I hear the static again. I wait it out and it's currently February, I have to sit on the aux cord and not move any part of my body so I can listen to a decent song through my right speaker without having it cut out. I didn't go back a second time because it's been way longer than 30 days and I didn't want to be charged $115 or more. I have a $107 Bose speaker that has been working beautifully for two years, and had $12 ear buds last for 6 months and longer. If I knew I was going to be overcharged for a shitty aux cord, I would have bought it online and installed it myself. read more
