The owner, who by the way is very young and I am always happy to support small businesses and millennial entrepreneurs, was a plus. I was able to get my car in writhing 3 hours, the process took an hour and a half, service was excellent, facility was clean and modern. My task was done and I am super grateful for the honesty, timeliness and pricing... which was about $75 less than what two other places had quoted me.

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary. read more

I've had three cars tinted at this location and they've always been my go to. I used to live in the area so it's only right to support local businesses. I recently bought a 2025 model 3 and that fishbowl life isn't for me so I immediately called Precison Tine and booked an appointment. They were willing to take me the next day when they opened. This has been a consistent theme for them, which is much appreciated. They are on the corner of willow and easy st and I have to point out that they share a space with an auto shop and a taco truck (THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY). Anyways, upon arrival I was greeted and went over pricing options. They have various prices depending on your budget but I had to go big and with the ceramic tint. Since the Tesla is damn near all glass it's a bit pricier but worth it. They were done within 5 hours and I relieved a call and text letting me know it was done. I have nothing but good things to say about the service, the quality and how's it's held up after a month. I plan on keeping this car for awhile but next time I need tint or a friend needs it I'll be referring them to Precision Tint. read more

I've taken my Lexus here a couple of times for tint work and had a great experience every time. Sergio did the tints and did an excellent job; clean, fast, professional, and high quality. I even messed up one of the tints afterward, and he fixed it for me without hesitation, even though he didn't have to. He was extremely thorough and helpful in his explanations and submitted a competitive estimate immediately after our call. On the day I dropped my car off Marvel spent well over an hour going over the various options to confirm what I wanted, did not try to upsell me (even downsold me on one option). He kept me updated throughout the process and I picked up the car today and it looks gorgeous. Am really pleased with the results, and also with the follow-up. Am bringing the car back in two weeks for a first wash and (in the unlikely event) touchup, if necessary. They are very clear about maintenance/washing, annual shop visit, etc, and I feel comfortable that if there turn out to be any issues, they'll stand behind their work.
