The chairs aren't regular salon chairs they're cushy clouds. I went here when it was previously stilettos not really knowing any other salons wanted to stick with what I knew. I don't get my hair done often but I will be now. Starting with the consult Alexa made sure I knew what I was getting and made sure she knew what exactly I wanted. She seemed happy to chat and also picked up on when I wanted to just sit and play my phone games. The color I wanted to achieve was purple but not like in your face purple. She nailed it ! Loved the equipment at the salon as well- rather than a spaceship blow dryer they had updated heaters which don't blast your ears. The sinks were comfortable on the neck and while sitting conditioning you get a very relaxing forehead massage and hot towel for under your neck. I left feeling like a million bucks - relaxed and looking perfect for spooky season. You can really tell that lex and the owner really care about customer satisfaction. I needed to refresh my layers and wanted to keep my length as much as possible. Ling is efficient and doesn't waste your time; she was not only thorough in determining what I wanted in my cut, but she also explained why she cut the way she did (ex. she explained that adding more layers might lead to unwanted frizziness in my hair). The haircut was quick like I needed, but that didn't stop Ling from talking with me and having great conversation. I felt very welcomed, relaxed, and left feeling great about my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon and I will definitely be back. One thing I will mention is that this establishment is cash or check only. I think they would be even better if they accepted card or if they had a Venmo/paypal account for customers that don't have cash on them readily.
