Unfortunately, they didn't carry the brand of skincare I was looking for, and the eyebrow razors were a bit overpriced for my taste. Not sure if the owner is still getting the shop set up or if she just got a shipment in, but there were a TON of unpacked boxes behind the counter and on the floor. It was a bit difficult to maneuver around the store, and the bottom of my coat was covered in dust from brushing up against the boxes on my way out :( Ultimately, I would suggest coming here if you want personalized recommendations (the owner is very skincare savvy) or if you want to see a product in person before purchasing. They mostly have higher end products and not many brands I use, so I probably won't be back unless I'm in need of my Korean makeup staples.

This store also seems to be very well stocked compared to other Sephoras around (with the exception of Prudential). I already had a facial scheduled and she agreed to fit me in for a wax beforehand. I am the most squeamish person when it comes to waxing (I used to take 2 shots before my waxes). She gave me the most pain-free wax, and I had no post-wax rash like I usually did. (I'M a redhead). I've been going for 3 years, now, and recommend her to all of my friends and clients. 2. The best facial I've ever had. Ever. I try to go as religiously as possible. I had acne from age 8 to 22. Enlarged pores and scarring galore. A few treatments with microderm and peels helped so well that I got to switch from full coverage foundation to a light powder. Cannot rave enough. Additionally, my mother HATED facials. What's frustrating is that we've seen better results from just ONE session at another clinic in the past, so we know what effective treatment should look like. This has been a big disappointment in comparison. They also lock you into a 4-month contract (3 sessions/month for $275), which feels unfair given the lack of results. While their marketing and front desk service are polished, the actual treatment has been underwhelming. Based on our experience, this has not been worth the money.

The store is well-stocked. So many temptations! I applaud Credo for its commitment to wellness and to the environment. I like that my dollars are supporting this. Credo often runs promotions with qualifying purchases that are amazing. I qualified for the current promotion, which is a very generous bag of free products in a nice, reusable drawstring bag.
