Judy, Mei, and Elaine does the best nails in there. Others a bit sloppy on their works. Besides the nails, Judy also offer eyebrow wax, thread, and tint. I told her I have sensitive skin, so she gave me sensitive wax for my eyebrows. Talking about consideration and care. She also does eyelash services. I got a full set from her for a very reasonable price. Other nail salons have charge me 3 digits for mediocre nails. But Cottman Nails charge me half the price for some very pretty nails.

When I arrived, there were only two other customers being serviced. However, I stood waiting for ten minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by any member of the staff. After I finally asked for assistance and was seated, ! observed six other employees enter the salon, all of whom crowded around the other two customers to take photos of their nails. Unfortunately, my own experience was quite the opposite. My nail technician was unable to perform a simple French manicure, even after I provided three different reference styles. When she asked her colleagues for help, she was ignored. Furthermore, when I requested a different technician, the staff appeared annoyed by my request. I paid $50 for a spa treatment and a manicure, but I ultimately left with only a foot scrub. Despite explaining these issues to the manager on-site, no resolution was offered. I am very disappointed with this outcome.
