Just did our 3rd family wedding with Kiku Floral, and this one was beyond my highest expectations. Lorrie was so helpful in choosing the flowers for the overall look, and she gave really practical advice. Larry & Lorrie did the set-up personally at Wolf Lakes on a Sunday. I live out of state but had my wedding in California and they worked with me via phone and email a lot. All my questions were answered. Great delivery service, but I have to say I am so disappointed in the quality of flowers given the price of the arrangement I purchased. I purchased the Mache Yellow arrangement for a grieving friend. I even paid for the upgraded "better" flowers for $150. The description states "mache vase with all yellow glads, roses, lilies, and green bells." But it was not in fact "ALL" glads, roses, lilies, and green bells. In fact the flowers my friend received were mostly mums. If I wanted a mums bouquet, I would have ordered a mums bouquet. Simply not worth the price. I paid $177.01 for a bouquet that at most cost $50 to make given the flower choices they made and complete disregard of their own description. Save yourself the trouble. read more

My husband over the years have ordered the most beautiful floral arrangements for special occasions from them. Their roses are huge and actually blooms. I had roses before that doesn't bloom but remains the same bud shape when they first arrived. Quality is very important to me and I knew I had to have them for my wedding. Lorrie Yamada was great to work with. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she made it happen. Everything was picture perfect from the cascade orchid bouquet, wedding ceremony arbor, mokara orchids center pieces and the orchid parasol for the flower girl. She even ordered a sample of flowers we agreed to, arranged an appointment at a later date to set up a table with the candles, table runner, flowers, and etc. to show you how the guests table would look like on your wedding day. She also sets them up for you on your wedding day! One less thing to worry about. My advice for future brides: 1) Kiku Floral provides candles. I didn't know and had already purchased them. She was kind enough to still take it and set them up. 2) They have payment plans available and require a small deposit. Final payment due the month before wedding date. 3) I wished I had Lorrie decorated the cake. I had sugared orchids from the baker and it wasn't as vibrant as I would've like. Real flowers would've made it better. 4) They are not skimpy with the flowers. Other places use a lot of fillers. 5) Very professional and easy to work with. Impeccable service. Quality work. I had ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement but had to cancel it. I made a commitment to order again because the owner was so nice about it. I'm glad I did! A friend was feeling down so I ordered her the " Ray of Sunshine" arrangement. Keep in mind I ordered this on Valentines Day! The busiest day for florists! But it was delivered just a few hours later and my friend sent me a photo. GORGEOUS flowers!!!!
