I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

Found on yelp. 1st thing they did was a complete car inspection charging me $100. They then decided it was my oil sensor, but it wasn't, that was $200. They flushed the break system on my approval for $100 but only took the fluid from reservoir and replaced. When this place says flush, its just a reservoir fluid replacement; beware. The manager quoted $1999, I agreed but after he started said he needed another $225 for gaskets, he took $100 off. Overall, the Oil Pump work finally completed was done well thus far, but getting there was expensive and deceptive.

Immediately following her service on her way home the motor seized up. Dig for reviews on this place major issues happen more often than they should. When my mom spoke to manager he said Valvoline would cover the issue if it was their fault. Our mechanic shop provided info to this location and they deflected to corporate. Our mechanic provided details to corporate and they decided to not stand by their work. The repairs will cost her $11k. So a $200 oil change and radiator flush cost her a car. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS PLACE OR YOU MIGHT END UP IN A SIMILAR SITUATION.

Before I even left the Valvoline my check engine light came on and I had them plug in the scanner to see why that code was thrown. We checked the engine bay and there it was the ripped cable. Followed up with upper management just for them to ghost me and not take any responsibility for the damage they caused on site. Do not ever come here for any reason unless you feel like paying much more than an oil change. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
