Being a Saturday they were very busy but they weren't too busy to do what ever it took to help us. The service representative was extremely helpful and caring about our situation- even arranging for a ride to a local car rental agency. The service department gave us periodic updates on how the repairs were progressing which was appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and as far as we can tell they were done "right". I would not hesitate to recommend Honda of Cleveland's service department to any Honda owner.

The techs said "we can't fix the problem. All we could do is clear the 4 recorded alarms". I contacted Honda Importers" customer service that insisted the problem was fixed. Not so. I contacted a lawyer in Cleveland that said " when you bought the car you signed a bunch of fine print confusing papers. You signed all your rights away. A lawsuit would be a waste of time and money". I traded the Civic still under warranty in to get rid of the problem. I assumed they sold the car knowing it wasn't fixed. It's all about money. LONG POST - READ BEFORE BUYING!!!!…read more 1 STAR -- BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING HERE My wife purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Jacintos Auto Sales, and just three days after purchasing the truck, it began having serious problems. I immediately reached out to Sergio, the owner of Jacintos Auto Sales, and his brother David. I was initially told they would make it right, put the truck in a shop, and have it looked at. Before leaving for vacation, we took the truck to Ford to get a diagnostic and determine whether the repairs would be covered through the warranty associated with our financing. On the second or third day of our vacation, Ford contacted me and advised that the truck needed major repairs totaling just under $11,000. The good news was that the warranty would cover everything except approximately $2,800 of the repairs. The problem is that after spending $20,000 on this truck, we don't just have another $2,800 sitting around to put into a vehicle that started having major problems within days of purchasing it. I immediately contacted Sergio to see what he was going to do to help resolve the situation. Instead of addressing the problem, my calls and texts were ignored. I went to the location where his office is located multiple times trying to speak with him, but was repeatedly told he was "gone." What makes this situation even more concerning is that I personally witnessed the check-engine light being cleared while I was there. Because of the circumstances surrounding the sale and the condition of the truck after they claimed it was the best vehicle on the lot, I have since contacted an attorney who is willing to pursue the matter legally. Ford has informed us that the truck needs extensive repairs, including the entire timing system, an oil pan, a complete system flush, a tune-up, and repairs for a major oil leak, among other issues. The estimated repairs are nearly $11,000. After approximately 15 days of trying to get Sergio to simply stand behind the vehicle and help make this right, I finally received a response. Rather than working toward a solution, I was cursed at and called a "prick" and an "asshole." When I asked how he would feel if he purchased a vehicle and it broke down shortly afterward, his response was essentially that he had purchased a $200,000 vehicle that broke down and he didn't go "bitching to the car lot about it." and he hung up on me. That response says a lot about how this situation was handled. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but when a vehicle develops major issues only three days after purchase, and the dealership initially says they will help but then stops responding, that is extremely disappointing. We didn't spend $20,000 expecting to immediately have to come up with another $2,800 for major repairs shortly after buying the truck. We expected the dealership to at least stand behind what they sold us and work with us to find a reasonable solution. My experience with Jacintos Auto Sales has been absolutely horrible. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic and get everything in writing before handing over your money. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Jacintos Auto Sales and will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Just wanted to give huge…read morethanks to JD and LaTosha Allen for helping me find a highly sought after, limited-production edition model Lexus IS. I was a remote buyer from Georgia and JD made it such a smooth process every step of the way. I spent over a month researching the market, looking at comps, paying for dozens of CarFaxes, and negotiating with over 15 dealers nationwide--the Cleveland Ford experience was the best by far. Prices were the most transparent, communication was by far the fastest, and the trade-in value for my old vehicle was the most competitive as well. The buying process was awesome too: JD updated me regularly and made sure I didn't miss anything from my end; it was such a white glove experience and all I had to do was drive up from Atlanta to pick up the car. During my search for this vehicle I had other dealers in the Southeast flaking on deals and selling the car behind my back. With Cleveland Ford and JD driving the deal there was none of that behavior--good people all around. The Lifetime powertrain warranty on eligible vehicles and the extended warranty options are both great bonuses without exorbitant fees--very fair. Thanks y'all!
