We continued to have issues with both lanes and all they would say we are working on them. 30 min we were down and when we asked to get that time back I was told no. I am not one to complain about 10 min but come on we paid to play for an hour we should have gotten an hour or at least compensated for the down time. I have never been so embarrassed with family after I was told this place was great. The management need to understand customer service.

She came up to our table and demanded that I pay $10 to be there, even though I wasn't bowling myself. I've never seen this at any bowling alley and the friends we were with said they hadn't seen it either. Thankfully, we got this lunacy circumvented, but it put a damper on the night for me.
