Customer service is horrible…read more I can't say anything about the tattoo work as I could never seem to actually catch anyone at the shop. I contacted this place twice about getting an appointment and was told it would be open or someone would be there for me to set an appointment( I tried setting in up through messenger with a deposit and was told I needed to go into the shop to make an appointment... )so I went and two separate times and days! No one was there either time. I messaged before the second time to make sure I didn't waste a trip there and was told someone would be there and again, no one was there. Why post business hours and/ or tell a potential customer that you'll be at the shop and then not be there And Not have the decency to message an update or update your page to say you'd be put unexpectedly?

As they say, first impressions are everything. I love the logo and the store front is inviting. With a big "TATTOO" sign in green on the front and clean windows, it was comforting to see they keep their space clean. We were greeted upon arrival and took a seat to wait. When it was our turn, even as a walk in, the process was super easy. You scan a QR code and check in, sign an agreement and request a service. Nose piercing came to a total of $75. The work itself was done professionally. Ricky made sure to sterilize everything. He worse gloves and was an all around cool guy. We chatted about music and that calmed my nerves. I've gotten piercings before but it's been a while and I'd never done my nose before. Anyways, it was a fun experience and I think it came out great. Ricky made sure to ask me to give a big cheesy smile so he could get the placement right. Which made sense because your nose flares when you smile! She put my piercing back in for me (which I could definitely not have done myself!) totally free of charge and was super nice! Thank you Rose!
