I work from 10am-6pm 5 days a week, and she was kind enough to work a longer shift that day in order to do my lashes. She is very soft spoken and kind. As far as the actual eyelash extensions, I can officially say that I am a satisfied customer! I wanted to wait a while before leaving my review to see how long my lashes would hold up. It has now been a little bit over a month, and my eyelashes are STILL in pretty decent condition. Not as full as they were in the beginning (of course), but I still get compliments on how natural and pretty they look. Keep in mind, I am VERY careful when washing my face, wearing makeup, etc. At first, I went in hoping for very full lashes. Nikki gave me lashes that, I felt, were on the longer side and weren't as thick as I wanted. BUT, as time went by, the eyelashes really grew on me. I was glad that Nikki noticed my tattoo and figured that I would like the longer lashes since they matched my personality. And for thickness, Nikki actually gave me a pretty perfect amount. If she made them any thicker, I probably would have looked like I was going to a party every night haha. The girl knows what she is doing! When I arrived, I was greeted by her adorable little doggie. Hyewon showed me the various options that I could choose from in terms of style, placement, & length. I selected the Cashmere Classic, open eye. She took me to a private room and made sure I was comfortable on the table and even provided a blanket to keep me warm. The classical music in the background was soothing and little princess and I took a nap while Hyewon worked her magic. She has a gentle touch and there was no discomfort during the procedure, which took a little over an hour. I am happy with the results. I've tried false eyelashes in the past and they were uncomfortable and heavy. These extensions are light, feel natural, and look beautiful. The best part was little princess giving me puppy kisses before I left. The boutique offers a variety of professional beauty services all performed in a clean, relaxing environment. So this was my first ever facial and I feel it was very reasonably priced. I got the "After Glow" facial since I don't really have ance or bad skin to begin with. I also got a "skin irregularities treatment" for this millia I had on my eyelid. Nataliya was super sweet! She explained what she was doing every step, she was a good conversationalist, and she accommodated my needs. I was having pretty bad allergies since it was dry and windy the night prior and my nose was stuffy. It was a bit difficult to breathe through my nose so she wouldn't cover my mouth with any products so I could breathe through my mouth if i needed it. Nataliya was great and for it being my first facial, I feel like it went very well. It started with a double cleaning, enzyme peel, exractions, an ultra sonic exfoliation, toning, face massage, a mask, and then moisturizer. I got my millia removed after since I needed some numbing applied to my eyelid. The removal uses a high frequency machine that zaps the irregularities. She showed me what it would feel like on my skin and it was like a minor zap feeling. Like a little scratch. On my eyelid with the numbing, I didn't feel anything at all. She told me what to do for after care and everything was done! My favorite part was the facial massage because it was so stress relieving. The whole experience was very relaxing and I'll definitely be coming back. I feel like my skin looks brighter and more even and it was a great experience!

I'm not sure if she flagged my other review to get taken down from here or what... but people need to know this place isn't sanitary. I waited a while to write this, but I'm just so angry this happened. And yes, Yelp, this was my experience with this exact business. I developed a stye after getting my lashes done here and it kind of went away. The next week it came back with a vengeance. Now there is a huge cyst on my eye. It's like a rock on my lower eyelid. I went to the doctor and they gave me antibiotic cream to put in my eye every day for two weeks. It wasn't going down so I went on oral antibiotics for a week. Still didn't go away. Doctor recommended a shot for it (in my eye, ouch). And now they are recommending a SURGERY to remove the cyst which might leave a scar. Whilst just trying to feel pretty getting my lashes done... I now feel uglier. Maybe the cheaper prices should've been my red flag - you get what you pay for... although now I'm $$$ deep with the doctors.
