Excellent facility. Had a huge oversized quilt that I couldn't wash at home and they had big industrial sized washers and dryers that fit the bill. My original Intention was to drop it off, but the machine only took 23 minutes to wash it and they had WiFi so I just hung out and waited. I love this Laundromat! The workers/owner is polite and very helpful. It's a clean place and the machines work great. Plus, there is WIFI! This is one of the best Laundromart I have ever visited!! They have plenty of machines to wash and Dry! They also can wash your clothe if you drop it off and they will have it ready the next day folded and smelling fresh!! The staff are very friendly and very attentive. I've been to a few coin laundry places in the area and few are as clean and comfortable as this one. Staff is friendly, the place is open late, machines are cleaned daily, air conditioned, with vending machines, 3 HD televisions with movies, and it is very spacious. The only downside is the seating.. Seats are in short supply so you may have to stand while you wait. Luckily there are some restaurants in the surrounding area that are within walking distance so you can get your eat on while you wash too! read more

This place is the best. Extremely professional and very punctual. Their wash, dry and fold service is amazing and smells great. They are accommodating and always putting the customer first. I always go there to do my laundry. But this is my last time.(6/14/16) Lady with the short hair not the owner. She has the worst attitude. I asked her to please give change to finish drying my cloths. Her answer was I don't give change go to another store and get change. I told her I'm doing my laundry here. So I had to get change elsewhere. I hope the owners read this. This Is how you loose business. Because of dummies like her. It very hard to run a business. You need please loyal customers. Been here during evening times & everything has gone well, clean facility. But here I am waiting over 30 mins in parking lot for them to open. Hours of operation says it opens at 7am. It's 7:45am & still no sign of anyone! If you don't open at 7am, adjust your posted hours of operations! I just read another similar review with the facility not being open during posted hours of operation. Frustrated customer! read more

Don't go to Killian Laundromat if you're looking to be treated with respect and wish to receive some type of customer service. Used their wash and fold service a couple of times. (today being my last!) They advertise a 24 hr wash and fold service, yet never do they have anything ready in 24hrs. They'll try to compromise and negotiate with you as if you the customer, owe them any favors or consideration....they have asked me if they could do it for later, and when refused threaten to charge you for a rush order even tho their policy states 24hrs. They will write a later time in your receipt so as to buy themselves more time than the time the clothes were dropped off. Sometimes they won't even have them ready at the promised time. Employees are extremely rude and the owners, although nicer, still ask for unnecessary considerations from the customers part. Staff will argue with you and be unapologetic and if you complain, they will wave your clothes as they are folding it for everyone to see and slam the packs in front of you. This place is OK to use the machines.... But then again so are the 100s of laundromats out there with far better service. If you wish for your dignity, privacy, or consideration for your time to be taken into account STAY AWAY from this place and RUN..... read more

My dryer broke down while I had out of town guest. I washed a couple of loads of clothes and then took them to Killian laundromat to dry. I was told I would have to pay extra to use the dryers because I had not washed my clothes there. Isn't this what a laundromat is for? I politely took my things back out the door without using their dryers. Sometimes businesses can let good money just walk away. What a shame. read more

My dryer broke tonight and I had a load of wet clothes i needed to dry a.s.a.p so i came to the laundromat which is advertised as still being open (until midnight)... When i get here the door was locked with ppl still in there. The lady who works here came to the door with a face that would have killed (if possible) all the while saying "NO" to some other lady as if she was not gonna let me in. She opened the door and told me they couldn't take me. She was blocking the door and i started explaining to her that i just needed to dry my clothes and she rolled her eyes and let me in. Then she told me that i would have to pay a $3 fee PER DRYER because i was only drying... That was separate from the price to dry my clothes... This is my first experience here and most certainly my last. I understand people want to leave work after a long day but my one load is not going to go past her exit at midnight and there are several other people here doing their laundry as well. i don't recommend this place 1) they lost my shirts, but they promised to call me latest on Wednesday 2) i waited a full week, and went in person asking the status of my shirts and also asked why nobody got in touch with me for the entire week 3) they did not speak English-so, they had to find a translator 4) they told me to wait another day, and promised to give me a 50% discount the only good thing about this place is the price: $1.99 for most of the business shirts (some shirts become $5 for no reason, but take those that they charge more, and go to another dry cleaner and you should still be good to go with a $3.5 charge at somewhere else) read more
