We drove the JetSki's to our lake house and one of them started smoking. We immediately contacted Cliff and he said that he would get it towed. We continued our evening with the one JetSki that worked and made the best of it. When we returned the last JetSki Cliff aggressively came at us for the damages that we did not do. He said that something was stuck in the repulsion system. We did not do anything to cause this issue and also the JetSki seemed very old and he lied and said that it was brand new. He then pressed us to pay for the JetSki saying that it would cost $400 to tow it and another $400 for the rope which I've never heard of a rope costing that much. It felt like a scam since he came up with these charges out of thin air. like he gave us a faulty JetSki on purpose and maybe he does this to collect money from people. He got in my grandpa's face and was very disrespectful and raised his voice and got aggressive. When we got home that night we saw that they charged our card for $900. It runs way better now and fast of course. Alot of his clients drive from Louisiana to get skis worked on by him. He even builds jetski from scratch to a high performance customized ski that competes better than brand new model. So happy I found this place. I got the run around with other places that never really fixed anything and overcharged me for upgrades. I know better and been going here for past 5 years. Love my ski!

Waterpoint Marina along Lake Conroe was a nice stop to have a relaxing walk and chat with family…read more Parking is free, and the boardwalk is well maintained. In the center of the pier, there is an observation hole, where you can feed the fish and have them come to the surface. There is a little coin operated fish food dispenser, which provides for entertainment for kids and husbands alike! We did find that the fish didn't want to have anything to do with that creepy observation hole, but were abundant on the outsides of the pier itself, and gobbled up their snacks. The marina was well maintained, and had very little refuse around, and no graffiti or any of that type of stuff. Very relaxing. I did notice that there wasn't a whole lot of seating. There was only a bench or two, which happened to be occupied the entire time we were there, so there was no place for our elders to get off their feet. There were a few shops along the marina, but none of them were open. There was really no place for light treats and snacks. I noted one or two expensive sit-down restaurants. I believe this Marina is still developing, as they are building and selling new condos in the area. So hopefully, they get more eateries and things to do along their beautiful pier. I didn't know that Lake Conroe was so huge! It seems to go on forever and feels like you are looking out into the endless ocean, and not just a lake. There are boat and slip rentals available in the marina. I think if I lived here, I would probably visit often.

We had 50 guests and every single person commented on what a fantastic time they had. Every staff member was professional and took excellent care of our guests. Working with James Winkler was awesome. He helped us in every aspect of getting the party set up and was always available to answer all of our questions. We watched the people on the jet skis and thought it looked fairly easy and like a lot of fun, so we went all in and rented a jet ski for 3 hours. Once we got out there, though, we realized that we made a serious mistake and returned to shore. GiGi gave us a different jet ski to try but, alas, it still wasn't working out for us so, after just an hour we called it quits. That's when GiGi and Laz jumped into action. They offered to give us a boat to take out for the 2 hours we had left on the following Monday (their day off). They wanted us to have a great experience on the Lake and didn't want us to leave disappointed. Well, I can tell you, we were not disappointed. They know the meaning of customer service to a tee. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They are honest, fair and a lot of fun, too. So, the next time you are at Lake Livingston, go see GiGi and Laz. You will be glad you did.
