This company sucks ass! I added $10-12 to charge a little and when it gets down to my $4-5 it cuts…read moreoff instead of charging my entire $10-12 dollars completely that I paid for. Last night I added $12 and already had $4.5 from previous charges and again didn't get my full amount that was on my account. Top it off I had $30-40 on my debit card wanted to only charge the $12 I added along with the $4-5 they keep on my account (ridiculous) I dropped the charge at $11 which they would automatically do anyhow thinking had $20 something left on my debit card went to get cash back at store for $20 and was denied because they took $10 of my money I had on my debit and put it on my electrify account without my permission making me look like a damn fool in the store when I got denied for cash back. This place is horrible and a worse crook than 47 in office. Now they want to have everyone have a $50 deposit to ensure we have money on our account WTH I have money on my account obviously if I add $20 the money is there to do so and still do not get my whole $20 of a charge I paid for not $15 and they hold $5 that's left. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this company at all they are crooks and don't make sense. Rivian just makes you pay whatever it is you add with a card no membership to the charger and wallah that's it I will not ever use this company again even if it was left charging station to do so. Tesla has a time from 11pm to 8am where the charge is only .31 cents a kilowatt doing those hours and accepts adapters to use them. Electrify charges .40 to .50 daily and at night. Do not use this company it's the worse!

The MOST unreliable and traumatizing experience…read more I'm down to less than 10 PERCENT in my EV and I went to the closest Electrify America which happens to be in the Valet Parking area ( which is no longer a valet parking ) and all the spots where there are charging stations were either BROKEN or had vehicles with GAS ENGINES parked in the locations where an EV can park their car & charge. I'm fact those parked cars had Sun Shades in the windows so you can tell it was quite intentional that those cars were parked in those spaces for quite some time: Very unhappy I called Electrify America after waiting for 30 mins on the phone and the only thing they say is "we are working on it" Not Acceptable. I have written off this location forever.

Our shower had very low water pressure and when turning on the shower, it felt like the handle was going to fall off. Other than that, the room was great. Very spacious. We already knew not to touch the fridge as we didn't want to be charged. Just be advised that you CANNOT put anything in the fridge or take anything out without being charged. There is a weight sensor on it. The room also does not have a coffee maker or microwave.

There are restaurants, bars, shopping, and casinos throughout which make it convenient to get whatever you want whenever you want. The rooms are huge containing either one king or two queen beds, a large sofa, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a lot of space. Other amenities include a spa, pool, restaurants, and a gym. We were seeing a concert at the Sphere and this was the most convenient hotel to stay in. It connects via an indoor walkway directly to the entrance that took about 15 minutes. We even had a view of the Sphere directly from our hotel room. One issue I had was that the fridge in the room was full of drinks that were triggered to charge the room if they were even just moved. We had leftovers and nowhere to put them so we had no choice but to move the drinks. We made sure that upon check out the price didn't include the drinks and you should double check it as well. I get that they want to take our money, but I'd appreciate just a little space in the fridge. Parking was $20 per night for guests; there were four floors of parking that was also used by visitors who were just visiting the shops. It would've been even better if there was a parking area dedicated to just hotel guests.

The rooms…read moreare comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, while the entire property is kept in excellent condition. The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. Between the beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, impressive art collection, vibrant casino, and world-class entertainment, Wynn continues to be one of the best and most complete resort experiences in Las Vegas.
