We planned to have all windows tinted, including the windshield. The team walked us through tint options, pricing, and payment details, which we appreciated. However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

When I arrived for my appointment, everyone I spoke with was friendly. I'm new to owning a Tesla, so there was a bit of a gap in my knowledge--I didn't realize I should have brought my key card with me. Thankfully, the technician and the front desk receptionist worked together to figure out a solution. They had me give the technician access to my Tesla profile so he could download the app and access the car that way. I appreciated them helping me troubleshoot that because it saved me a 25-minute drive back home to grab the key card. If there's one area that could be improved, it would be communication. I wish the person I had been texting beforehand about pricing had sent a quick message explaining what to expect for the appointment or anything I should bring in advance--like the key card situation. The second communication issue happened when I dropped off the car. When I asked how long the tint would take, the front desk receptionist seemed maybe a little annoyed by the question and said something along the lines of, "It's Friday--it could take five hours." I dropped my car off around 10:30 AM, so that would have meant about 3:30 PM. After killing some time at Town Square nearby, I walked back to Eco Tint around 1:45 PM. I honestly wasn't expecting my car to be ready yet based on what I had been told, but to my pleasant surprise it was already finished. The only downside was that no one had called or texted to let me know it was done. I would have appreciated that update so I didn't feel like I needed to keep wandering around waiting for the full five hours. Overall, the quality of the work and the helpful technician made for a good experience. With a little more proactive communication, this place would easily be a five-star visit.

Manager Mike was very accommodating and took care of me even without an appointment. He helped me get my rear window looking great again! What I really appreciate about Mike is that he never tried to push me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he gave me honest advice about what would work best for me. I was a…read morelittle worried because most of the reviews I read for them were for cars so I had my fingers crossed that we'd have a good experience. We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed.
