    * ha! I disliked not having a "coffee maker", not copy maker ** concierge service not really helpful when trying to find a pharmacy

The palazzo is a very interesting place I did get lost a few times walking around because they are connected to the Venetian. I went to the high limit room. They did card me that was so sweet I guess I look young lol. I visited their saloon and James was a really informative bartender. Real down to earth man. If you guys ever come to the palazzo high limit room look for him. He is great!

Even had an elliptical in our room

They say the Palazzo isn't as elite as Wynn but I really have to say I think it's on par if not better. We did get a suite upgrade so honestly that probably made the difference. Has a great view of the sphere, beautiful room, separate bedroom, 2 bathroom and even an elliptical. Wish I didn't have to leave.

Came to The Palazzo for the first time with our VIP Backstreet Boys package through the company VIBEE. After many stays at The Venetian, I was very excited to try The Palazzo for the first time! Overall the stay was wonderful...especially having access to the prestige lounge. I can't stay without that ever again. It was such a treat! The negative was with the beginning of our stay. When we got to our room, there as a man inside with a suit on, and he honestly acted very oddly. He said he was taking out the trash, however, the trash was empty. Then he mentioned something about the window. It as just strange and while we knew he probably worked at the hotel, it was an uneasy feeling and nothing that I've ever experienced before. We called the front desk and asked to change rooms because we felt unsafe. We were told there were 0 rooms and that we'd need to call back. It seemed a little unbelievable that we could not do a switch. I asked the agent on the phone to find out who this man was. He put me on a long hold and told me he "probably was the housekeeping inspector". I asked the agent to get a confirmation and call me back. When I got the call back, he told me that yes, that's who it was. I asked if I could get the man's name for reference and was told no. The whole situation was nothing like I've ever experienced. We stayed in the room, but it also had a strong sewage smell. It was upsetting that they were unwilling to accommodate us at all. And I found dirty areas - like mascara all over the pillows. Not sure why the inspector didn't notice that...? After that strange experience, the trip got better and the staff at the prestige lounge made up for our previous negative experience.

Very upscale ... the room was beautiful and the restroom had everything I wanted / needed. They even have robes for use. Bed was comfortable... felt very luxury. No smoke smell in room which was nice ! Our view was beautiful... the price was high don't know if I'll exactly return but very nice place

Can't say enough good things about The Palazzo! We stayed in a King Bed Suite with an incredible view of the Sphere. The room was immaculate, and the bathroom was huge and beautiful. It was a super easy walk from the hotel to the Sphere to catch The Wizard of Oz, which was a massive plus. The hotel has a few great pools that my daughter had a blast in. We loved it so much we already booked another stay for the 4th of July weekend. Can't wait to come back!

We love staying at the Venetian. Specifically, the Palazzo towers. I find that staying in this tower is much easier and less crowded. The vibe is much more laid back compared to Venetian side due to less gaming in the casino floors and no sports book. They offer the same amenities as the Venetian Tower, but I prefer their parking garage and check in process. The rooms are all suites and Palazzo has 2 TVs in the living spaces as well as one in the bathroom. So you never miss a minute of action especially watching sports. The property has notable spots on their end such as the Palazzo Theatre, Grand Lux Cafe, Starbucks, Mott 32 and Miznon. They offer a quicker shortcut to the 2nd floor where Flight Club Social Dart, Sushisamba and KAMU Karaoke. I think the newly opened Bazaar Meats is also downstairs from the front desk. One spot that I would love to try one day. COTE is also closer to access from the Palazzo. We enjoy staying at the Venetian/Palazzo because they are simply one of best properties in Vegas! ( ^_^)b

Went to the Palazzo for an event at the Sphere and had a great stay! Overnight valet ($40) was easy drop off and then did the self serve kiosk for check in, I would recommend checking in instead at the front desk as we did miss some important items that were supposed to be included. The signage for the rooms are a little confusing, the rooms are on the same floor as check in walking directly towards the back of the casino floor, you do scan your key card to get access to the elevator but once in the elevator you do not need to use your key card. Room was comfortable with three tv screens and a nice view of the pools. Upon departure, you are not able to call valet to have your car ready, instead you do have to go to the valet in person and use another kiosk to scan your valet ticket, the kiosks are not very intuitive so I did have to ask a valet team member to scan the QR code. Overall, it was a beautiful stay

Stayed here for a work conference. Hotel suites are large - no complimentary water fyi. Lots of food choices within hotel - some allergy accommodation especially Grand Luxe and Yardbird. Depending on others can also tailor. My soy allergy was toughest. Bed was comfortable. View was the sphere but good blackout curtains. Hate the smoke smell downstairs but that's Vegas.

First time staying here and it was an amazing stay to just relax. We go to vegas often so it was nice to just enjoy the room and the amenities at the resort. Their "standard" suite is huge! We had a king bed and then a living room area. More space than we are used to! The bathroom was big, separate room for toilet, had a bathtub and then stand in shower. Bed was comfortable for us. we tried the hong kong and grand luxe restaurants and both were delicious! Check in/check out went smoothly and everyone was nice. There is an option for valet or self parking. They also have about 7 pools and they are heated. We went during the holidays and it was a good temperature for swimming. We would definitely come back here if the rates are affordable.

Booked the palazzo as part of the Backstreet Boys package. The hotel has very easy check in. The suite was clean and comfy, having a separate lounge/ living area looking over the strip. One thing to note if this is a make or break for your stay - you CANNOT use the mini fridge in the room without being charged as it is weighted. Any change will incur a cost. Also, the room does not have a coffee maker. We were bummed about both when we arrived, but it didn't end up being a big deal. There is a Starbucks on the casino level very close to the guest elevators (much more expensive than a normal Starbucks) and there is a Walgreens connected to the Palazzo / canal shoppes. There is also a small snack shack right outside the guest elevators. Having all these close was very nice if we needed to grab something. This was the first hot shower that I actually enjoyed as the pressure was more than just a dribble from the faucet. I will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying at the palazzo and it was a trip to remember! You could honestly spend your whole weekend just exploring and doing things inside the hotel with how much there is to do! We chose this hotel bc we were going to a show at the sphere and it was so easy to get there since you can access the sphere walking from inside the hotel and avoid the crowds outside! There are so many restaurants that ended up being surprisingly good (not every nice looking restaurant is a delicious one but we were pleasantly surprised by the ones we tried here). The pool was too crowded to find anywhere to sit but given that we were here on a weekend it was understandable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again especially if I was going to a show at The Sphere!

The Palazzo Las Vegas earns four stars for its fantastic room quality, spacious and comfortable suites with incredibly comfortable beds and breathtaking views. The food options were outstanding, with delicious nearby dining and excellent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful--special shoutout to Rochelle at check-in, who was exceptionally nice. Loved the reliable text reservation service and lightning-fast elevators. Quick response when we requested an extra blanket. The main downside was housekeeping: they didn't clean unless repeatedly called, and service was inconsistent and messy when they finally arrived. Overall, a luxurious stay worth recommending despite the cleaning issues.

What are the fees you pay at check in?

Resort fee, remaining room and tax , parking.

Is there a mini fridge in the suites?

No, not for "personal use". There's just the standard mini fridge full of over priced shots & what not.

Staying during the week this June. Do the cabanas ever get discounted? If I check with the cabana desk late in the day before or the morning of and they aren't sold out for the day?…

Cabanas usually don't get discounted but pricing is cheaper during the M-Th vs Fr-Su. If you gamble a lot your casino host may comp it.

Does luxury king suit has an extra comforter or blanket for the sleeper sofa?

You can call and ask room service for extra blankets.

Where is the best and affordable place to eat for breakfast and also dinner if we stay in the palazzo ? Both inside the hotel and nearby?

Not as of the week of May 8.

    So we need cabana reservation?

Yes! With the weather those hot and been pool season in full bloom, cabanas are really popular. Yes you need reservations...

Is there valet parking right now?

Does the couch come out to a bed?

Yes, there are pullout beds in the couch. But can't be certain that all couches are like that. Be sure to make sure with the front desk that you have one that does have a pull out bed.

Do they have Coffee maker in the room?

No! They do not have coffee makers in any of the rooms at the Palazzo or the Venetian. That is a huge disappointment. There is a Starbucks near the elevator...but be prepared for a long line!

If I get the Bella Suite overlooking the city; do I get a view of the strip?

Can we bring our own pool floats?

Honestly, I don't remember any of the children having them except for the little arm floaties. The pool was just too crowded.

    How is the pool?

The pool is really nice but it gets crazy busy early bacause one is closed. Everyone saves chairs in the am. The far left end seems like the place everyone wants to be to get the most sun.

Do all Bella room come with a sofa couch? I'm planning on booking this room but want to make sure we have enough room

    How's the room service?

Same with us, most of the time it's pretty good. Whenever we need additional towels they arrive within a reasonable time.

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! The rooms are the same, amenities are the same and what we like and don't like about this place are the same. I will say, we have come to really like the staff at the front desk as we've become sort of "regulars" here. They always make checking in pleasant, even when we get there too early.

The lobby where we checked in was super dark and moody. There was a lot of seating and nice decor. It was chilly in there which felt like a nice escape from the Vegas heat. It was relatively quick for us to get checked in and receive our keys. This dark and dramatic theme is carried throughout the hotel and to the guest room areas too. We were put in Rm 30-24, which we converted into an adjoining room with Suite 30-22. Our room felt small to me. The bed takes up the majority of the room with little walking space. There is a desk, flat screen TV, sofa, and small wardrobe. The closet is pretty spacious and has some robes, slippers, and a steamer. The sofa was very stiff and honestly looked a bit dingy. There were crumbs on the seat and the pillows were incredibly old and limp. I was hesitant to sit on it! The closet felt disproportionately large for the room. I would have preferred a smaller closet to have more space in the room itself. The rooms and hallways are all so dark. There is no overhead lighting, only tiny lamps throughout the room. I am personally not a fan of this as it made the room feel even smaller and claustrophobic. I understand they are trying to make it feel ambient and moody, but the way it was presented felt more like sleeping in a cave. Inside the closet was the brightest area of the hotel! If you choose to have a conjoined room, it is impractical to keep the doors open. When the adjoining doors are open, it is impossible to use the doors facing the hallway. Everything was cramped and the doors were constantly banging against each other. The bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. The water pressure was slightly better than average, but not super strong. They provided the usual amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, cotton swabs + cotton pads, makeup remover wipes, and a shower cap. I must say, the shampoo and conditioner were spectacular. My hair felt super soft and had no frizz when it dried. It smelled very nice too. The rest of the hotel was just okay. There is not much to do besides lay at the pool and gamble. It is pretty quiet and laid-back. That being said, the casino was pretty small. I did like that it was non-smoking though so it was not suffocating to walk through it. I enjoyed the pool area. Despite it being a hot summer day, there was plenty of seating and lounge chairs available. The music the DJ was playing was really good and the pool was super chilly. This is definitely not my first choice for a Vegas hotel but I could stay here again.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. Connie was at the reception and welcomed me warmly. Parking is free. That's right. FREE. For your entire duration of stay.

This will look like to most a motel with a drive up to your room and an upstairs set of rooms. No pool . You are with in walking distance of the Four Seasons The Luxor and Mandalay Bay etc This is on Las Vegas South You can buy breakfast on site. Free coffee up in the front office with package cookies They have a mini fridge in the room. I was gone early in the morning and was back late The minus was street noise from construction and I was there on trash day so the trash truck backing up at 5:50 Am was an early morning wake up call ( I needed to be up at that time anyways) No house keeping while for my two day stay I would be happy to stay here again
