Peak hour rates are lower than off-peak rates at other locations. At night, there's actually a really good view of the Sphere. Cons - I drove here past midnight and had the hardest time getting into the lot. Tesla GPS tried to take me in through the West and North gates, but those were closed. The only entrance was on the east from Cambridge St. Makes sense by the name, but it was super confusing at night. Nothing really in walking distance. Get ready to hang out in your car for a bit unless you want to watch the sphere for a bit. Safety - it seems a bit questionable, but there was a flow of other drivers coming in to charge and the large parking lot seemed to have some legitimate business happening - unloading and loading of trucks.

He determined that a brush block was needed, which had to be ordered, requiring a second visit on 8/14. During the second visit, the brush block was installed, but the generator still surged and shut down under load. We were ultimately told the carburetor was the remaining issue. We were initially billed $1,815.21, including 5.25 hours of labor for the two visits. We have Ring camera footage showing the technician was at our property for approximately 3 hours on the first visit and less than an hour on the second. I questioned the labor charges because I was not aware that travel time was billed or that there was a 1.5-hour minimum. When I asked for an explanation of the billing policy and where those additional labor charges came from, I was immediately offered a discount rather than an explanation. I declined the discount because I wasn't looking for a discount. I wanted the billing explained. After further discussion, 1.25 hours of labor were removed from the invoice, bringing it to $1,589.90, which I paid. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency and how the dispute was handled. After my husband left a review, the owner privately messaged him and accused us of "not giving a hoot to ripping a business off." That was an extremely unprofessional response to a customer who was simply questioning the charges on their invoice. I paid the corrected invoice, but based on this experience, I will not be using Happy Hals again.

They also sell apparel specific for motorcycle riders and other accessories that go with riding a motorcycle. I was in awe and fascinated for sure. I didn't want to leave without offering my patronage and support. I asked if they had magnets. I love magnets! They didn't have any, but they had poker chips with fun Las Vegas theme designs on them. I bought 5 chips. They were neat. I now have souvenirs from Harley-Davidson. Cool! Over the course of two hours, they GRICO tried three different providers, all with ETAs of over an hour. After waiting and getting nowhere, I finally had to find help on my own. Adding to the frustration, the GEICO app showed my roadside assistance request as "completed," even though no help ever arrived and I was still stranded. The service was listed under Pop-A-Lock, so it appears they reported the job as completed so they can get paid. That's shady business and I hope GEOCO takes away their contract. Out of desperation, I searched Yelp and called Affordable Towing LLC, the first number I saw. I'll admit, there were no reviews yet, so I was hesitant, but I had no choice. That's when Raul completely came through. I called him, sent my location and car info, and he told me he'd be there in 20 minutes. He asked about payment (Zelle or cash), which was totally fine given the situation. Then unbelievably Raul showed up in about 10 minutes. He was professional and efficient. He jumped my car immediately, made sure everything was good, and had me back on the road in no time. It's always hard to find good honest, reliable companies when you truly needed it. I was told it was being reconditioned, so I patiently waited a full week. After that week, I finally got the opportunity to see and test-drive the vehicle. To my surprise, essentially nothing had been done. The dealership couldn't even tell me where the vehicle had been during that week. When I inspected the LYRIQ, there were several obvious problems: the seats were scuffed, the panel on the right door was coming loose, and the steering wheel was separating around the Super Cruise light. I told the salesman, James, that I was still interested in buying the vehicle. I simply wanted the problems repaired first. I specifically told him that if the vehicle was properly fixed and brought up to an acceptable standard, I would buy it. James was a great salesman, and I was genuinely looking forward to doing business with him. The next day, however, Courtney contacted me and told me that if I didn't come in and sign the paperwork that day or the next, even though the vehicle still hadn't been repaired, they would refund my $500 and sell the vehicle to someone else. This was two days before the end of the month. After waiting patiently for a week for the dealership to complete its own reconditioning, I was suddenly being pressured to purchase a vehicle with known, unresolved problems--or risk having the vehicle sold to someone else. That wasn't acceptable to me. I have no problem waiting for a used vehicle to be properly repaired before purchasing it. In fact, I would expect a dealership to want its customers to receive a vehicle in acceptable condition. What I don't expect is to be pressured into signing paperwork on an unrepaired vehicle because the end of the month is approaching. James was excellent, and I have nothing negative to say about him. I was actually looking forward to completing the purchase with him. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled afterward completely changed my opinion of the dealership. My advice to anyone considering buying a used vehicle here: make sure every promised repair is actually completed and that you are satisfied with the vehicle before signing anything.
