*Full Disclosure* I didn't book a hotel room at Caesar's Palace but have stayed several times…read moreanother nearby Ceasar's Property on vacation. From online websites, hotel rooms are huge and luxurious, 5 star quality accommodations, very high-end boutiques on property, all the amenities that a Las Vegas hotel will provide for guests and much much more. I've also walked through the Forum Shops at Caesars many times either window shopping during the day time or bar hopping from casino to casino late at night. I might have also been to the Bacchanal Buffet. There is also several water fountain features in the forum shops. For concert goers, watch a show at the coliseum. It was really fun gambling during Memorial Day weekend in the casino. Got many free spins on Wheel Of Fortune. I was aiming for a jackpot to go shopping and one of the shops/boutiques instead of just window shopping. Worth a stroll, dining experience, Happy Hour or Late night gambling. Make sure you have your Caesars Rewards set while gaming.

1 of 2 Yelp reviews/updates…read more I have been a loyal customer since what feels like forever... This had been our 5 star company, but sadly NOT on our last previous visit in 2022. Yes, it has taken me 4+ years to come back.... Quality/Quantity - Overall 3 stars. Good, our last time was in the Palace Tower and it looked beautiful. See pictures. Sadly, on the first day/night, we discovered "cheeto" looking crumbs in the bed, so we called housekeeping and had our sheets changed. They were nice and apologetic on the phone and helped us with no problems. What, also no free coffee or water bottles??? Disappointing, especially since the lines in the morning for coffee are ridiculously long. And $21 for 4 KCups from the mini bar is steep. Mini bars are back...? See pictures. Very disappointed with the options of full breakfasts here. Room safe. Our room had an okay/good view, see pictures. But our favorite tower is the Augustus or Octavius Tower with a view of the nightly Bellagio fountain show. Atmosphere - Casino/resort atmosphere is 4 stars. I have been coming here for over 22+ years, so I am very familiar with the casino and resort. Some of the restaurants on the property are: Amalfi, Peter Luger Steak House, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen & Pub & Grill, Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse, Beijing Noodle No9, Stanton Social Italian, Bacchanal Buffet, Dominique Ansel, Nobu, Restaurant Guy Savoy, Pronto by Giada, Starbucks, Cafe Americano, etc. Some restaurants that got replaced are: Brioche by Guy Savoy, Caesars Eats, Mr Chow, Old Homestead Steakhouse, etc. See separate Yelp reviews for the above restaurants that my family and I tried. "Also available is now the celebrity food court" - See pictures. Entertainment & shows; see their websites for updates. Night life; see their website for choices. Shopping - The Forum shops, my family's favorite place to shop. See their website for options. Spa & salon. Weddings. Etc. Cut and pasted from my previous review as I hoped service has improved. We did not stay at the resort on this visit. We just spent a day in the casino, resort, forum, etc. Service - 1 star Had some issues with one of our two rooms. Shared problem with management daily for 3 days straight and sadly, it was NEVER fixed. Basically, the problem was that my spouse's name could not be added to my room and therefore was not able to charge anything to the room without me there... Early check in = no problem (see Rio yelp). Late check out = NO unless you pay... Price - $217 a room per night, total cost was over $1300 just for the two rooms. Can you imagine our room charges... Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1966. I see that Eldorado Resorts from Reno bought you in 2020. My suggestion is that you TRAIN your team to LISTEN to our simple issues so they can be corrected, then double check that it IS corrected. 3 days of getting into the long lobby line to correct an issue that you claim was corrected, only to be called by my wife again the next morning complaining that she can NOT charge to our room!!! This includes talking to someone that said they were a manager...

I've stayed in both the Strip-facing suites and the suites overlooking the Wynn Golf Course and the Sphere--both offer amazing views, each with its own unique experience. One of the things I enjoy most is walking through The Palazzo and The Venetian. The indoor walkways are beautiful, and there's always something to see. Together, the two resorts offer an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, so there's never a shortage of dining options. The location is another huge plus. Fashion Show Mall is just a short walk away, and Wynn & Encore are right next door, giving you even more great restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, The Palazzo is an excellent choice. Beautiful suites, fantastic location, and endless dining and entertainment options make me want to keep coming back.

Decor of Palazzo classy and elegant. Our room unfortunately had a great view of the Trump Hotel something I was no expecting but not a deal breaker! LOL. Room/suite was otherwise beautiful, roomy comfortable, well decorated. King bed very comfortable. The bath was amazing nice and deep. I had a wonderful bath. The room was very comfortable for en suite dining with a window view even with that hotel in the middle of the view I sat at an angle. I didn't have to see it! LOL The menu was great as we had breakfast en suite which was delicious. I had a breakfast burrito, and my friend had an omelette. Coffee was served in a nice carafe which kept the coffee, nice and hot for easily two hours. One other nice benefit was its proximity to the Sphere where we went to see No Doubt which was an incredible show featuring an ageless and energetic Gwen Stefani. Great show. Was simply a wonderful visit, first class stay at a first class hotel. I've stayed here before. I've just never left a review, but thought it might be time.

The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. Between the beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, impressive art collection, vibrant casino, and world-class entertainment, Wynn continues to be one of the best and most complete resort experiences in Las Vegas.

PROS: *stayed in a spacious 24th fl. pad with spectacular views of the (brief) fireworks display one night...and the bed was just fine for a post weed 'n booze sleep-off, thankya'verymuch! *many employees - especially those lowest in the caste system - were very friendly. Housekeepers were great. *other Wynn workers (e.g., food/booze servers) were usually good and reasonably personable. *Wing Lei (Chinese Michelin-1 joint) had top-tier service and although we could only sample a small number of dishes, they were all copacetic. *due to last-minute vacancies, the Wynn upgraded us from a $400/night room to a suite that ordinarily sets big-spenders back to the tune of $1,150/night. *Great friggin' ice machine - on my floor - never let me down when flask-time came around! CONS: *the Wynn, even at their extant "nosebleed" rack rates, will effin' nickel 'n dime ya' (*coins on steroids) every gol-durn chance they get: -NO refrigerator in the room unless you want to rent one for $25 a night. (Yep- let's make it hard for guests to bring their own, reasonably-priced booze. And leftovers from "market price" (i.e., "mark-it-up") menu pickin's at various and sundry Vegas kitchens? Meet Sal: Monella! *The pool situation is absurd and offensive: Not only can't you escape the aural pollution that pervades the whole property (more on that later)...but it's actually hard) to find an unoccupied (and unreserved) chaise lounge. -I got KICKED OFF one because it was "reserved"....NO SIGN...NO ONE "claiming it"... *Gotta pay EXTRA for even a G-D pool chair - Hell, $500. $1,000, $1,500 a night - AIN'T ENOUGH! *Booze prices are beyond absurd! Paid $15 or so for a "pour" of ordinary Tito's vodka. Needed an ELECTRON MICROSCOPE to see the likker! (But I only did it once, as my flasks of Toki and Pikesville and a Hamm's 12'er...took care of me.) *The bellhops move at a comatose pace, and when we arrived, we were informed that there'd be a "slight delay" of 45 minutes in bringing up our bags. After an HOUR had passed, we just took the G-D things ourselves. Yeah - now ain't THAT first-class service! *The concierge on duty was a dullard and a do-nothing doofus who couldn't do "jack" for us. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! Thank you for reading my words of timeless wisdom!
