As before, everything was done in a neat and tidy fashion. Workers answered all my questions, did top-notch installation work and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Price I paid was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had obtained. Will recommend to friends and family.

While the plumber was searching for the issue of the frozen pipes, drywall needed to be removed. Behind the drywall, there was no insulation. Which resulted in frozen pipes. Yes, they came out and completed the already paid for a job. But that was after I paid a plumber for USA carelessness.. All I wanted was a little compensation for their."mistake". I said and I quote "I'd rather not give you my email if that's ok" and then she started becoming EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me to just give me my email address "so I can do my job". Excuse me??? Who do you think you are, Cheryl?? Get a new woman to speak to customers because this one is costing you customers.
