**Please do not sign a contract with this company, before reading my review.** My experience, my…read moreflat rubber roof was completed on 4/17/24. I noticed several ceiling leaks on 5/5/25. I called the company on 5/5, 5/6, 8/19/25(Twice). No Communication From AllPhase. On 8/27/25 I paid another roofing company $325.00 to seal blow out patches (you can see from the pictures-why would there be so many blow out patches on a New Roof) and a third roofing company $538.07 on 8/29/25 to fix the failing termination bar. All after paying AllPhase $8,792.52 for a new roof. Roof assessment attached. At lease five different roofing professionals stated the flat rubber roof was not installed correctly and should not have mutliple placed blow out patches. A new roof should not be failing within a year! I filed a BBB complaint on 10/14/25. Heard absolutely nothing from AllPhase until 4/1/2026 from Michael Slusher a new general manager with Allphase he viewed roof on 4/2/26 advised BBB this work is terrible & embarrassing and AllPhase will make right with Mrs Jackson 100%. (I have copy of all communications from emails, texts and phone conversations). He gave me his personal phone number, answered the phone & returned calls, very kind. He got the roof permit pulled with the City of Columbus. Then on May 13, 2026 he informed me that he was fired by AllPhase on Monday 11,2026. A subcontractor come out on 5/26/2026 to assess the roof. Since 5/26/2026 I have made multiple calls to Jim Farris, new general manager, Sierra Turner, Administrative Officer and Michael Kuss, Contruction Company Owner/subcontractor and only told someone will call me. No Further Communication from AllPhase to me. No new roof. No Reimbursement. Remember, I also have a 5 year warrenty.

Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.

I didnt call Window Universe intially. (my mistake) I had one company (Who I wont review) that was all the way up to getting a downpayment from me. They seemed good initially but I had to fire them when they didnt show up (it was a fourth offence) Too bad. Well I called Window Universe they came out fast. The quoting process was fast. The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

UPDATE January 2021: Somehow, Barnes Roofing managed to pull off a second miracle for me. I recently had a high-efficiency furnace installed, and the exhaust pipe from the old furnace needed removed. The HVAC team doesn't do that, as it involves roofing repairs. (I probably should have thought of this, but didn't. Lessons learned.) Anyhow - one call to Barnes Roofing, and my situation was resolved just over a week later. I can hardly believe they got this done in flipping January. Very grateful for companies like this!! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. December 2020: A friend recommended Barnes Roofing, and I am so glad I called them. I needed several gutter repairs done, along with a siding fix on a home I recently purchase. They came out to estimate the job immediately, and then an early winter set in shortly thereafter. I figured it would be spring/summer until Barnes could get to this work. To their credit, they managed to find an "open window" between snowstorms, windstorms, rain & ice, and managed to get my repairs done before winter! They did a terrific job, and I am very pleased.
