Kilwins is an ice shop and dessert shop located In Panama City beach Florida's very popular outlet mall pier park. My family and I stopped in here for dessert one night after dining at a nearby establishment in pier park. The line was long but it was processed pretty quickly. They had all kinds of ice cream flavors to choose from and a few done options as well. Between me and the kids we sampled the flavors pretty well. I personally went with the fudge brownie. My oldest got a Cappuccino chocolate chip, the wife butter pecan and the younger 4 shared some cookies and cream and vanilla in a cup. All the ice cream was very good. Nice smooth flavor and we all agreed the waffle cones was superb. Very good. The only downside of our visit is the lady taking our order was terrible at her job. As mentioned there are a lot of flavors and the entire time we was deciding she sat there annoyed and in silence. She never acknowledged or spoke while we ordered or when she gave us our cones. Heaven in a shop! We literally followed our noses into this confectionary, and I'm so glad we did. The kids had ice cream, which was creamy and delicious and there was a great variety of flavors. Meanwhile, I found myself at the candy case, hungrily gazing at all the different fudges and candies available. You can buy fudge by the slice and half slice, and I ended up getting a half slice each of French Silk and Turtle. I also had them throw in a few dark chocolate covered cherries and some candied orange slices. Everything was sooo good! For the health conscious, there was hand sanitizer available at the door, limited number of patrons at a time, and the employees were all wearing masks. We will definitely visit this little shop again the next time we travel to PCB! read more

Me and my two oldest boys visited Kikwin's this past Monday night after taking our first stroll through Pier Park. We weren't planning on getting any food but my 15 yr old son had seen the shop earlier in the day and would not take no for an answer. When we got there, it was right at 9:00 p.m and they close at 10:00. I was slightly alarmed when I saw that the line was out of the store and out on the street but again my kids always win! We got in line and to my surprise we were in the doors before we knew it! The line moved very quickly. I loved how they had their store QR code posted around the store so that while we waited, we could all check out what ice cream flavors were available and all of the different desserts they made. This made things super easy and helped us to know what we wanted before we got to the ice cream counter. The young lady who waited on us was super nice, had a smile on her face, and didnt miss a beat even when my son changed his mind right at the last minute and asked for a waffle bowl for his sundae instead of just a paper bowl. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone, my oldest decided on the "Apple Pie" caramel apple, and my other son got the hot caramel sundae. I could def. tell that the ice cream was homemade. It had bits of chocolate in it that hands down had to be the absolute best tasting chocolate I've ever had. We all finished everything! My oldest ate his entire apple down to the core and said that was the best caramel apple he's ever had. For the 3 desserts we ordered, our total was $29.21 which I consider very reasonable considering this is a big tourist spot that consistently has a line outside the door. The one little bitty con that probably only bothers me: I wanted to grab one or two of their already made products to take back to my other kids but one normal size bag of caramel chocolates was almost $20! I just couldn't make myself pay that. Besides this, we have absolutely zero complaints. From the quick moving line, to the friendly service, and the very delicious ice cream and apples, we will definitely go back again. They have a list of all "house" flavors and I ended up ordering the marshmallow s'mores which was delicious ! My youngest ordered the Superman and it seemed to be a combo of fruit flavors . What's interesting is they weigh the ice cream , so I'm assuming there's a standard weight things need to meet . The ice cream is very good but the prices, wow, they are lying in wait for you. I wanted to buy something other than ice cream but the prices are just way too high. In my home town, I can get peanut brittle (which I love) from a fantastic local bakery for $4/pound. At Kilwins it was $13 for half that. They straight up assaulted me with some sort of alcohol spray. No joke... Me and my wife walked in and the lady behind the counter said something, couldn't understand her really. Something about hand sanitizer at the door. Like most businesses do these say they has it at the door. A few seconds later she comes out and sprays me with this unmarked solution without my consent. Beautiful displays line the store of choice treats and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. It's a clean spacious shop. The store has every treat imaginable - dipped apples, covered strawberries, covered Oreos, ice cream and fudge - and that's just the short list. The ice cream is really good ice cream - with lots of flavors to choose from. The waffle cones were good - my husband bought one scoop in a waffle cone and a quarter pound of fudge for $11. Fudge samples are available upon request - and the Cherry Cordial was to die for. They had white and milk chocolate covered pretzel sticks for $1 each and I started thinking Kilwins treats would make a great basket gift for family and friends. Bagged salt water taffy was available in the back of the store and some came home with us for gifts for family members. We stopped in with other off-season visitors in Oier Park after-dark. It was a delightful October evening. We decided to come back several more times before we leave later this week! The Skywheel was open and it lit up a beautiful night outside. I ordered a single rum raisin cake cone my husband ordered a double chocolate fudge in a cup (it was huge). We also ordered 2 slices fudge (the cashier said it was buy one get one free) total came to almost $26! My ice cream tasted like it had gone bad. I threw it out and helped my husband eat his. It was okay (although he thought it was kinda gross). We threw it out and moved to the fudge. It was stale and dry. All in all very disappointing and ridiculously over priced read more

Stopped at this sweet shop on vacation, when "one of us" (I'm not saying it's me) was too sunburned to be outside. You can smell the candy, ice cream cones and general deliciousness, before you even get to the shop. If it isn't the thing that draws you in? The view of CANDY and ice cream and cool air conditioning, in summer- will do the trick. Employees were nice, but very busy. It was weird, and I didn't see a sign where you could only get one sample. I tried the pistachio, chocolate silk, blueberry waffle cone, and keylime.
