Fantastic, but expensive tapas restaurant located in the town center of Rosemary Beach. I loved my fruity and not overly sweet Blister in the Sun cocktail. Serrano wrapped figs were delicious, but tiny. The Seafood Paella and fish tacos were both nice sized portions for the price and the paella had lots of tasty shrimp, clams and lobster tail. We also enjoyed the blue crab rangoons, pan seared scallops with charred corn, and hummus with pita and crudites. No reservations are accepted so arrive early for a table indoors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The humidity and flies were a bit brutal during our visit in July.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
La Crema is an absolute highlight! We had both the cheese and chocolate fondues--both were unbelievably rich, smooth, and delicious. For the main course, we ordered two paellas: one traditional shrimp paella and one completely seafood-free version. Both were seasoned to perfection and bursting with deep, authentic flavor. But whatever you do, do not skip the lobster mac and cheese; it was pure creamy perfection and the star of the night! Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, and top-notch service throughout.

We had the paella, which was excellent, along with the steak tostadas, and they were absolutely delicious. We also tried the molten lava cake for dessert, and it was a great way to finish the meal. Coming here for a light lunch and sitting outside my FISH TACOS - two blackened wild cobia tacos, charred corn salsa, avocado, red cabbage, red chili aioli, flour tortilla, were really enjoyable. Sitting outside on a wonderful weather day made for a really nice table setting here. Service was mixed. I saw another table get the wrong order, waiters not seemingly paying attention to the person calling it out. It also took a LONG time for those tacos to come out on a day when it wasn't that busy.
This restaurant is located in what I consider the most charming city in Florida. I made a quick stop here specifically to try their chocolate fondue, which was perfect for the chilly weather we were having these days. The restaurant is small, but with plenty of outdoor seating, and a very charming and cozy interior. Our choices were: - Dark chocolate fondue $16.00 (my daughter and I couldn't stop eating it, so delicious) - Serrano ham-wrapped figs $8.00 (the only problem with them is that they are mini-sized, because they were wonderful) - Espresso martini $14.00 (what a delicious drink, coffee and alcohol in just the right proportions, simply perfect). Our service was excellent, super friendly and helpful. All the other dishes I saw passing by looked delicious too. This place should be a must-stop for anyone passing through here, it's definitely worth it.
Our experience here started with an awkward greeting. Especially during the afternoon, we realize it's probably not enjoyable to stand outside; however, even after catching glances from employees there was no action from them to greet us. We ultimately barged in and asked for seating. Although the seating was limited, everything was laid back for the most part. The espresso martini and molten lava cake were very enjoyable. A solid 9/10 on the martini. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights. When you look through the menu you'll see a few decent options, including the tuna ceviche. Unfortunately, this is the ultimate trap. I'll admit the flavor was there but it's very hard to get over the portion size. We are very aware that tapas are supposed to be small bites but we thought this was a little on the stingy side. But not a problem, if you're 2 years old, you'll definitely leave on a full stomach. Prices and portions aside, everything we ordered was quite average. Seems to be the common theme around here. If you are looking for an elevated experience, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere! So no thank you, we won't be returning or leaving any room for La Crema.

I came here for lunch and got a variety of dishes. The food was really delicious here. The empanadas were juicy and well seasoned and they used a puff pastry. The cheese board was delicious, especially the seasoned almonds. My personal favorite was the crab Rangoon, which was unique and very crispy. The OMG dessert was really good. We got it with salted caramel ice cream. I wasn't the hugest fan of the espresso cream.
If you want incredible food and top-tier service, La Crema is the place to go. Hector (aka Roberto) made the experience exceptional--friendly, attentive, and professional. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance feels like a little slice of Europe right here in Florida.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Every dish we had was outstanding--from the seafood paella and lobster mac & cheese to the fish tacos (absolutely amazing). The molten lava cake with ice cream was the perfect finish. My family loved everything. We'll definitely be back!

This place was worth the wait. Our waiter Dave was wonderful and perfectly timed our rounds of ordering and checking on us. He was friendly and on point with recommendations. The food at La Crema was easily one of the best spots we enjoyed during our weekend at Inlet/Rosemary Beach. My favorites were the brussel sprouts and empanadas. The one downside: the drinks. While waiting we could order from the side window to the bar, however, it took about 10-15 minutes to get one drink. My drink wasn't bad, but for the price I wouldn't have gotten it again. The sangrias, however, were a good portion for the price and delicious. Go that route! read more

If your in Rosemary Beach or nearby, do not miss out on La Crema!! This adorable establishment has some of the best dishes and ambiance around but what really set this place apart was our waiter, Hector. Hector didn't just take our order, he explained our menu, he made personal suggestions, he asked us questions to personalize our dinner choices. His energy was amazing and he's a new friend we can't wait to come back and see. If you go here, ask for Hector, get a pineapple margarita, and tell him the family from Texas sent you! read more

The food was delicious! The service was attentive, fast and friendly. It's a small space but for seated for lunch with a 10ppl group immediately which was awesome! Loved the little back room inside but the outside looks super cute as well. The sangria was amazing and I LOVED the chocolate fountain! read more

Came back a second time (a year later) while on another vacation. We were met by a hostess right away and got a small table inside. They were busy, and the server acknowledged us right away (even if it took some time to get back to us). thanks LeShon :) The food was all very good. Got a cheese plate for starters and really enjoyed that. An excellent selection of cheese, olives, almonds. Had the Fish Tacos, Empanadas, Crab Cakes, Salad, Crab Rangoons and Enfurego Chicken. Everything was very good. It comes out Tapas style, which ensures that it's hot. Good portions, nice flavors, and well presented. Although we were full, we were able to share a couple of desserts. An OMG (triple chocolate cookies with espresso cream) and Salted Caramel Ice Cream. A nice finish to a terrific meal! read more

Service was great, food just came out all at once instead of being somewhat spaced out for tapas. For a family of 2 we ordered Brussels, patatas bravas, scallops, ceviche and tacos which was enough for the both of us. It's a sweet little spot in the heart of Rosemary, right across from The Pearl Hotel. Tapas and chocolate is how they advertise themselves. Another win for this group of restaurants alongside 30 A. We had a drink and tapas before continuing our shopping spree in the local galleries and shoppes. The hubby had the Fuego Chicken that had a creamy sauce reminiscent of a remoulade. I had the cranberry goat cheese salad with a light vinaigrette and a tapa of scallops in brown butter, topped with charred corn. The scallops were so salty; I thought it was just one, but one after the other were too salty, but they were extra nice and accommodating to us and they took it off the bill. They wanted us to leave having a good impression of their good faith and we definitely did. I had a glass of champagne and we were energized enough to go to town and shop some more. Great service, delicate desserts, excellent drinks! as we observed plenty of people enjoy their espresso martinis. We will be back! Thank you!!!! read more

It is with deepest regrets that I re-enter my Yelping journey with a genuinely substandard experience. La Crema is one of the more popular restaurants in the area, and on paper, it checks all of the marks: no reservation, tapas, unique drink menus, but it did not meet any expectations. Must get: ?fish tacos, ?crab cakes Meh: cerviche (avoid), steak tostado, fig, lobster mac n cheese Missed: n/a We spent almost $200 on a few tapas with 2 drinks and left hungry and disappointed. The worst offender was the ceviche, which was like eating Costco tuna on Sunday, marinated in last-minute vinaigrette. The figs were criminally tiny and the crab cakes were over fried and nearly bathing in tartar sauce. The plating seemed to depend on micrometer slices of tasteless radishes and left everything to the imagination. The drinks were overpriced, and my only regret was getting immediate seating, as it could have convinced us to look else where. Honestly, I think a pizza joint would have been better. I'd avoid at all cost. read more

Excellent place overall. All the tapas tasted fresh/hot and it was brought out within 10 mins of ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great indoor and outdoor seating, but pretty packed after 5pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would recommend getting there earlier if you want to be seated immediately for dinner. Food was overall good, service was fast and the restaurant was cute and clean inside. The salad, crab cakes, hummus and fig appetizer were yummy. The kids pasta was bland and plain, our toddler did not like it. Not sure we'll be back, but glad we tried it out once. read more
As soon as I saw this place had Spanish tapas, I was interested! The service as soon as you walk up was great. They sat us inside and we were greeted by our server immediately. The drinks were really good and everything we ordered... well, we finished! And then ordered some to go! Absolutely recommend this place if you're in the area! read more
