Needed some links taken out from my watch about two weeks ago. Everything went well, he got it out within 10 min, it was $15. No big deal, i tried it on, thought it was good and left. I wore my watch to a bday party and realized after 30 min it was too tight. Took it back about a week later, he put a link back in and remembered me from last time and told me i didn't need to pay, then he fixed my time and date on the watch. Customer service five stars! Got a new watch which was huge on me and needed a few links taken off. I didn't want to mess it up trying to do it myself so I found this place on Yelp. Phat was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in about 15 min, and there was a party in front of me. He was able to size my watch comfortably while making note of the "bad design" on my clasp and how to get around it and secure my watch. Extremely affordable too. I've come here a few times over the years and recently had my necklace fixed. The necklace looked good, however I feel like it could have been better. It seemed cheaply fixed and I feel like he does good work, but other times it could be better. It looked like sloppy link were added to the chain to be extended. Sometimes he's hit and miss with his work. He's super friendly, he's very sweet, I just feel like there's times where he isn't consistent with his work. Either sloppy welding for a ring, mixed metal on a ring sizing (putting something that's not gold on gold), links are thinner than the regular ones, or just sloppy work. I took my Guadalupe chain to be fixed as the metal hoop that holds the medallion to the neckless broke off. The store owner returned it to me "repaired." However when I tried it on I realized the neckless was significantly shorter. As you can see in the reference picture, before the Guadalupe medallion was slightly above the green medallion almost touching it. Now it is over an inch and a half away in distance. I wear this neckless everyday and i fidget with it constantly, i am well aware of it's length and the chain that was returned to me was significantly shorter. I went to question the business owner and he straight up told me it's his word against mine. Do not go here they will steal parts of your chains and who knows what else. read more

I waited in a line of 3 people to see if he could fix a couple of broken necklaces I had. They were cheap chains, but had sentimental value to me. One was a bronze type of metal, which needed the loop reattached to the pendant but he told me he couldn't fix it because his soldering tool only worked on gold and platinum I believe. He did give me some good advice on where I can find someone to do it though. The other chain he attached a link to it and fixed it in 30 seconds. When I tried to pay him, he waved me away and said... nothing. What a nice guy! Honest and decent, there's hope for humanity yet! LOL. read more

Kim Bros Jewelry is a local gem. My dad has only ever gone here to get his watches adjusted and fixed and now I'll only go here too. It's a small shop that could be easily missed if you're not looking for it. It's right next to the Pho restaurant on the side of the plaza with Subway and Best Burger (I believe). He's very popular so you may see a few people inside waiting, but he works very quickly. Take some time to look around while you wait - you'll see lots of frogs (a symbol of good fortune). Frogs are kind of his thing and his customers have caught on. Anyways, he's very kind and the services are not too hard on the wallet. I got two of my watches adjusted for $10 total. Less than I expected! I'll definitely be back whenever I have any jewelry needing to be fixed! read more

The prices are high here! Even the batteries, $10 - I can get it somewhere else for $7. I didn't need a battery for my watch but he didn't take it back, poor customer service! The man shld take it back, I didn't use it. Had some rings re-sized, wow the prices are high! and when I got them it was still tight. I can't say enough good things about this business. The owner is one of the kindest people I"ve run across. I've taken numerous watches in for simple fixes & never been disappointed.
