The gentleman working was kind, though he wouldn't offer a multi-watch discount on the $15 flat rate per battery swap, which was fine. However, the issue arose during a recent family vacation. G-Shocks are famous for being water-resistant, but after spending a few minutes in the swimming pool, one of the watches completely stopped working. When I looked closely, I noticed condensation behind the screen and saw that a portion of the rubber gasket/seal was visibly exposed on the back of the watch casing. It is clear the technician pinched or misaligned the seal during the battery installation, allowing water to flood the housing and ruin the watch. Because of this poor attention to detail, a perfectly good, durable watch is now destroyed. I'm incredibly disappointed and cannot recommend their watch repair services.
