I was super pleased with the weight/thickness of the nameplate and am confident this one won't break in half like thinner ones I've bought elsewhere in the past. In addition to being able to completely customize the look of the nameplate, I also was able to have them customize the chain by adding an extra ring (to the end of the chain) so I have the option of wearing it at either 16in or 20in long. I am so totally pleased with every aspect of this purchase that I plan to go back and have another one made in gold, as well as a pair of nameplate earrings as well! Okay, I read all the reviews before making a purchase here, and aside from only one claim of…read moreselling "fake gold" the only consistent complaint I saw was that they're rude... Well, I disagree. The service I received here was beyond polite, from the security person who held the door for me (who I just thought was a chivalrous man before he magically appeared to get the door for me again), to the staff, (both male and female) who greeted me and were very welcoming. To the man who helped me, talked me through the entire process and invited me to come back with my husband to make sure he liked the options I had selected... to the later staff that was closing up, but opened the door to us and took the items back out for us and helped us place a special order when we arrived not realizing they closed a bit earlier than the mall. They called promptly when our item arrived, and when I came in the staff member didn't hesitate to test and weigh the gold for us to insure it was as ordered, and provided an appraisal for my insurance. I will definitely return, I am so happy with the piece and service received.
