In subsequent emails, I repeatedly was told I could be 'rest assured' I would receive its assistance. I only received bogus tracking info and more empty 'rest assured' promises. Okay, I read all the reviews before making a purchase here, and aside from only one claim of selling "fake gold" the only consistent complaint I saw was that they're rude... Well, I disagree. The service I received here was beyond polite, from the security person who held the door for me (who I just thought was a chivalrous man before he magically appeared to get the door for me again), to the staff, (both male and female) who greeted me and were very welcoming. To the man who helped me, talked me through the entire process and invited me to come back with my husband to make sure he liked the options I had selected... to the later staff that was closing up, but opened the door to us and took the items back out for us and helped us place a special order when we arrived not realizing they closed a bit earlier than the mall. They called promptly when our item arrived, and when I came in the staff member didn't hesitate to test and weigh the gold for us to insure it was as ordered, and provided an appraisal for my insurance. I will definitely return, I am so happy with the piece and service received. read more

Got my first grill here. I have many friends who have went here to purchase a grill and so I went with word of mouth and recommendations from friends. It would have been cheaper to go to Oakland but seeing as this is closer to home and the quality was slightly better I opted for Zena Jewellers. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted and even called before hand for a quote, the guy on the phone was nice and walked me through the steps. A couple days after I went in and got fitted for my grill, 18k bottom bar with some side drip- classy but a lil nasty (jk) I essentially showed the guy pictures of what I wanted and put an initial down payment. A week later I came in to pic my bottoms up. I was a little disappointed with the design and asked the guy if he can fix it, he was kind enough to go over the changes that I wanted and made sure he and I were on the same page. Another week later I had the grill in my possession and got it all worked out. The experience minus having to send it back was very smooth and even with me having to send it back the gentlemen that I worked with were both professional and very nice. Great customer service and I can tell why a lot of people come here to get grills/chains. Fair pricing, nice customer service, fast turn around time. Might return for some light fang work but we'll see. read more

DONT GET ANY PIERCINGS HERE !!! THE WOMAN MESSED MY NOSE UP! First of all, she used a GUN to do it and not a piercing needle. THEN, to make it even worse i didn't know it at the time, but she used an EARRING instead of a nose ring on my nose! And to top it all off, she instructed me to clean it with alcohol! Now my nose is messed up and I can't even get it out without extensive pain because it's an earring. zero stars for this place i agree with the other reviews of the rude people that work here bought a 1 carat​ diamond 10k gold ring for 548$ in cash​, (which is another reason they probably want nothing to do with hearing from me) shady business​s​s the ring came with no paperwork no authenticity nothing they offer no warranty​ or anything like that they were very in a rush when selling to me, i needed the ring sized, told me it would be ready a couple days after christmas , it wasn't , was told i would recive a call in a bout two days after christmas, no call , when we call we say we want to check on a ring being sized, he literally said i am very busy with my job can you call back like this is part of your job !!! within one week noticed three things way different when i picked up my ring number one , ​one of the smaller diamonds on the ring is way darker and less shiny and its very noticable then all the others,​ i know i would have noticed that, two,​ the ring got a deep scratch on the side within a couple of days​, mind you i am not rough with the ring the third and final thing was that the main diamond in the middle looks chipped and like it has a scratch going through the middle mind you i have worn it about 2 times, i do not wear it everyday, and make sure to take it off when cleaning or doing anything like that, regardless​ one week is way too soon to see any type of problem with a "real" diamond ring i already knew they would be rude when i come in to discuss my problems a short haired man helped (or actually didnt help me this day) then he tells me he will clean it,​ has me look again. i know what i am seeing (the mark is definitely​ still there ) so he beings to tell me im using the machine wrong ( i can see the scratch without a magnifying​ glass anyways and also if i can run my fingernails over it and it catches on the scratch i would its pretty deep ) and i know i would not have bought the ring if it had looked like this the day of purchase i can guarantee that,​ i know because i was standing there choosing between two rings for a very long time and the guy seemed like i was taking up his time ( a longer hair shorter guy) the shorter hair guy was very condescending​ talking to me,​ saying all diamonds have inclusions but then the cherry on top .... this clown straight up tells me "the cloudier the diamond the better"lmfao!​ would you be saying that if i was in there buying a ring instead of complaining about the quality of what you sold me ?​? i think not!! what an unprofessional business​​ and all of your familys business​s etiqutie is terrible​ all these low lifes did was laugh i have already contacted my lawyer and i am in contact with the bbb about this buisness , shady shady shady , stay away !!! please save your time and money and go to literally any other jewelry​ store read more
