Guys don't even waste your time doing business with this company. I was in a rush and needed my Gucci watch to have a batter change. I would not recommend taking your business here. First off, their "Customer Service" is non-existent. Second, I brought my ring (which was purchased here just 12 days ago) in to have an adjustment made (part of the setting is crooked) and they refused to do anything! All I got was, "that's the design". I find it hard to believe the design is made to be crooked on ONE side. Also, as a paying customer, I would think it's their job to make sure we're happy with our purchase. I will now be searching for a jeweler elsewhere, to have my ring fixed. I had a horrible experience here I was gifted a ring for Christmas that came with a warranty. The ring began to lose his diamonds right away. I lost the diamonds multiple times and they did not honor my warranty because I was two days outside of the three month period. Check in, but the diamonds had been fallen out prior to the three months I live so far away that I can't always keep coming back in to get the brain repaired, but I have had to bring this ring in so many times The quality of their jewelry is not good at all. We bought my wife's ring from this company about 6 years ago. A diamond had fallen out so we went to get it replaced, tightened, and cleaned which is all apart of the warranty. The manager told me it would be $50 which I am not sure why since it should be apart of the warranty. Anyway they put a new diamond in the ring and within 3 hours the diamond had fallen out again. I asked the manager for my money back since their service did nothing. The manager would not refund me my money because he said that since we were not bringing the ring in every 3 months for cleaning and tightening that it was our fault. I read through the warranty and no where in there does it say the ring must be brought in every 3 months. On top of all this the manager was super rude and had terrible customer service. Here we go again after the Stoneridge Mall fiasco and the mediocre service from the previous jewelry store. I give it a go to this store. I walked in the guy asked what I was looking for. I told diamond stackable ring. He said come this way. I saw inside the case-line with a lot of options to play with. I paired it with my wedding ring. Score found the perfect ring. It was a dainty mil-grain floral design diamonds on 14TK. But it needs to be resized. The guy give us a great deal. It was an offer my hubby cannot refused. As of right now it's in the process of being resized. So I have to wait. I'm not in a hurry. The store itself is light and airy. With a lot of delicious visuals from the jewelry. They do sell 24KT gold also. So you don't have to drive to Chinatown nor any Asian strip mall that has a jewelry store. Pretty decent selection I must say. The customer service is great here. I walked in on Black Friday to get my wife a gift. In fact before I took one step in the door, a woman fully covered in her fur coat that went down to her knees whispered to me. Of course, the ring I selected was not within my budget, however Ali worked hard to provide us with a solution that let us stay within our budget and us leaving with the ring I wanted. I started out with a unique experience with The Diamond Ring Company at Southland Mall in Hayward, CA that ended with disappointment and heartache. I went there in January 2020 to see if I could have my wedding ring of 29 years repaired by them. The diamond fell out and I was hoping to upgrade. The manager in charge, John, was a great help. It was clear he knew what he was talking about. He gave me a great deal and the upgrade was beautiful. The pandemic and Shelter in Place started and I thought The Diamond Ring Co would be closed, so I was 3 months late on the inspection. Thankfully, John was understanding and honored the inspection. Unfortunately, when I went in on January 2021, he noticed the diamond was loose in the post and had to be repaired, thankfully at no cost to me. In June 2021 I found out that John had transferred to another facility. The people who took over were pretty awful. I started having issues with my ring and every time I went in, I was met with ridicule and sustain. The woman there, looked at me with disgust and said, "You bought this ring here?" I said yes and corrected myself by saying I had the Diamond and post upgraded. I asked for a tag to show proof of inspection and she said they don't do that. I asked her to initial and date my paper and again, she said no. She looked like she was cleaning the ring, but she didn't. I asked her if it was inspected and she said yes. I told her I watched her the whole time and she never gave the ring to anyone. She reluctantly gave my ring to the jeweler who reluctantly looked at it without a scope, then gave it back to me. I felt so intimidated by it all, I didn't go back for the next inspection for 9 months, when I did the Diamond was found to be loose for the second time. They blamed it on my waiting too long and for the Diamond sticking up so high. I then had to pay for the repair and for the suggested lowering of the Diamond. I told the manager how badly I was treated the prior time, which was why it took me so long to go in, so he did a clean and polish on the ring for free. When I picked up my ring, the prongs on the post were sharp and sticking up too high. When I told the manager, he said the Diamond wouldn't be protected if they lowered the tips of the post. He was very uncaring about what I was telling him. After I reluctantly took it home, I realized the corners of the prongs where in a sharp apex instead of having rounded corners, causing the sharpness and appearance of more post than diamond. The post kept snagging my clothes and hurting me. Then while I was helping my elderly dad, I barely brushed his hand with my ring and it cut him, making him bleed. I took my ring back in the next day. I made my complaints and the guy claimed my ring needed to be that way to protect the Diamond. I had to insist they fix it and pointed out that an elderly man was injured by this flaw, then he finally agreed to the repair. When I picked up the ring the manager was there this time. The ring was fine, except 1 sharp spot, which I pointed out to him and he just stared at me. I said I would check it out and he said, okay. I regret that I didn't give the ring back to him on the spot. I went back in and spoke to the same guy as before. He was reluctant to do anything. I told him about the sharp spot on 1 prong and showed him how my fingernail caught on the top of it. He gave it to the lady who clearly didn't like what I was saying, but finally agreed to fix the ring. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours, so I asked for a tag and said I would pick it up on Monday. The lady refused and said it would be ready in a half hour. I asked for a tag again, so I could walk around the mall while waiting, and again I was told no. She was getting angry and insisted the ring was almost done and that I had to wait. The jeweler handed me the ring and I told him the burr was gone on the one spot, but he hit the other side and caused another burr, which upset him. I insisted it needed to be fixed. He finally took it back. While I was waiting for my ring the lady was being so rude and disrespectful. She said, "Just get out of here, we don't need you." I told her I wasn't going anywhere without my ring. I even walked over to her and told her I didn't understand why she was treating me so badly when I'm just trying to get my ring taken care of. I tried very hard to stay calm, and she kept getting worse. When the jeweler finished the ring, he gave it to the other lady who was rude to me before. I asked for the ring and it was finally good, so I started to leave. The one lady kept yelling at me while walking around the store and raising her voice. I finally told her she was a horrible person and asked her to shut up as I walked out the door. Later, I noticed one of the prongs on the post was bent from them lowering the diamond, which means they forced the diamond in place. read more

He priced out a beautiful ring but we had to make some modifications to the ring but he promised it would be ready by the 13th. I called the store on the 13th and I was told the ring was ready.
