Also, he is accomodating when unexpected issues may arrive and will fit you into his schedule; he was kind enough to accomodate my daughter who came from out of town. Additionally, the dental hygenists are thorough in cleaning my teeth. The office staff is pleasant and helpful; the office is clean and follow COVID protocols. Dr. Putt has been spending too much time on the golf course (at least that is the explanation by the technicians to why I have not seen him the last 5 years). The front desk now is incredibly rude and condescending. If you don't have the right insurance, get out, if you have a question, we don't have time for this. The last hygenist I saw was yelling at me the entire time, and telling me all about how much her life sucks. The hygenist I saw for many years who was amazing left the practice unfortunately. And when I first joined they were willing to work with me on a dental plan that works for me. Now it is aggressive treatment and pressure sells that requires X-rays every 6 months and deep cleanings. If you don't like it, I was told by the front desk to GET OUT. Ok you got your wish, good riddance.

I just took a new job and have to move out of state. I was overdue for an appointment and worked with the team to squeeze in before my move. They have a new receptionist team that is incapable of running this business. They rescheduled and kept playing musical chairs with their clients appointments trying to move them around. I just went in for my appointment finally, a few days before my move- for them to tell me they do not take BCBS anymore and would charge me $450 for the appointment. When asked why I wasn't notified of this , they claim they had Delta Dental on file for me. (Later when I called back- I told them my appointment in December with BCBS and they confirmed that is who they billed out.) For months I've received emails from them telling me I was due for an appointment and to call and schedule. NOTHING about no longer accepting BCBS. I left the office so upset and called back to speak with the supervisor, Crystal. She was just as incompetent as her team. She said "if it was that big of a deal, they would have billed out to BCBS and had me mail them the check..." when I clarified that she meant bill, she corrected and said check. She wanted me to pay my insurance for seeing them out of network, and then wanted me to pay THEM whatever portion of my appointment that insurance would cover... wow they truly care about the customer... I requested a call back from Dr. Putt and plan on telling him what a disaster his team has become. When it was him and his one front desk receptionist, they might have been short handed- but they were good and actually cared and had their sh*t more together than they do now. Now I have wasted time making appointments, going to an appointment I had to leave, talking to them, crying in my car, and writing this post- all to be moving out of state with a new job, stressed as can be, and overdue for a dental appointment (after getting completely screwed over by the practice my family and I have given business to for over a decade.) I am beyond upset, and cannot advise others more to find a different dentist- this is NOT the same practice that it used to be.

We have managed to plan the restoration of some of my much older existing dental work and recently have done a new crown. It was amazing to experience the newest technology. I spent 30 seconds in the check-in area to wear new gloves, new mask, have my temperature checked, then 1-2 minutes with the dental assistant getting me ready to be seen, 10-15 minutes with the doctor, and 30 seconds to get me out of the building from the backdoor to separate me from incoming patients. It was one of the best visits to a dentist, no time wasted waiting in the waiting room (by the way, there was no one waiting in the waiting room either). I was seen by doctor Alaa Alwazzan, who seemed prepared and aware of my case and medical history. He gave me an opinion that I didn't except because usually doctor's never say no to cosmetic procedures, so I appreciated his opinion. He recommended Invisalign treatment if I insisted to close small spaces between my front teeth. Two things that can be improved. 1. They don't accept insurances, however, they can bill your insurance but You will have to cover the remaining amount that your insurance wouldn't pay. 2. There are too many forms to fill out, some online and some on paper, maybe because I am a new patient. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, honesty and I think they deserve 5/5.

Typically I would shy away from a new dentist due to poor previous experiences as a kid, but I am glad I decided to give Dr. Garcia a chance. She is just as friendly, gentle and approachable. Best of all the staff (Anne, Tracie & Evelyn) never changed and are still very friendly and receptive to questions. As of this review I have been coming here for the past 6 years for my bi-annual cleanings and check- ups.
