They are happy to answer any questions you may have. They take great care to make sure every room is clean and sanitized before and after every client. When you walk into the salon hand sanitizer is on your left as soon as you open the door. The prices at Wax & Wane are generally less expensive then at most waxing salons. I called various salons and they were all too busy, perhaps because I was an out of towner they didn't bother. Anyway, when I contacted B Street they figured out a way to fit me in and I was ecstatic! When I arrived, I was overheated, they immediately offered me cold water and were so super friendly and down to earth. They even offered me some tips for places to visit. My stylist was Kiley, she did an amazing job on my hair, again super friendly and she even gave me a welcome to Savannah gift. I live in Delaware but I wish I was local or a regular in Savannah because I would definitely visit your salon again. I highly reccomend B Street, they were the best.
