Back when I lived in Boston, I worked for the Physical Therapy and Sports Physical Therapy offices of Mass General. The latter handled all the Sports Physical Therapy for the Red Sox, as well as Bruins, as well as extremely high profile clientele. So the care there was stellar, top notch and second to none. Superior Rehab, is a THAT level of care and service. My Physical Therapist , Billy Beaudreau, was such a quintessential professional. He was ON TIME, which is unheard of in the 504, am I right? He had me do so many tests which showed him where I was actually hurt, not simply where I was hurting. Did you know that they are not always the same thing? All I can say is that I left, actually feeling better. A LOT better. Man, I could go on and on about Billy Beaudreau and his entire staff of Physical Therapy professionals who go out of their way to not only treat you, but treat you well. They really take the time to listen and make patients feel comfortable throughout the recovery process. The techs are also super nice, helpful, and caring, which makes a big difference when you're coming in regularly for treatment. The only downside is that the equipment is definitely showing its age, and the upholstery on of the massage tables has seen better days. I think the owners could really improve the experience by investing in updated equipment and furnishings. That being said, the great staff makes up for the older machinery, and their level of care is the reason I continue coming back.

I went in expecting to pay my plan's usual $40 copay, but instead received a $400 bill. Ochsner bills physical therapy visits at this location as if they were hospital services. This often causes the visits to be treated as out‑of‑network for physical therapy, resulting in dramatically higher charges. This appears to be a tactic to collect far more money than what is typically billed under a standard physical therapy copay. These billing practices are extremely unethical and, frankly, exhausting. I feel financially abused by Ochsner. This location is not a hospital, so why is Ochsner allowed to bill physical therapy appointments here under hospital billing codes? How are people supposed to afford this? Are our tax dollars, which fund Medicare, also overpaying for physical therapy here while people with private insurance are stuck with $400 bills per visit--on top of the premiums we already pay?
