If you have an older home or home which may need repairs in areas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just paid a high amount for a 10x11 room, stair case and ceiling tape peel repair and they did an awful job as you can see from the photos. First day, they mudded some but missed many areas, I noticed they started painting and not repairing areas...when I spoke to the owner he said we don't do repairs. When I had the initial meeting, I pointed out areas and said I would like all of these imperfections, dings, fixes and he said yes, we will repair all of that. I showed him the crack in walls and he said we would fix it and you won't see it after. If you didn't do repairs...they should have disclosed that at that first meeting and I would not have hired him. He said we will just paint over top of existing. I said I would have done it myself if I knew that, but instead I paid for professional company to have repairs done and these are the results... these are some photos after work completed. One person Steven, seemed to take pride in work and started doing some repairs but wasn't here each day and as you can see it wasn't completed well at all. This is not what I would call a professional paint job. On the last day, I said to Eric the owner, I'm not happy with these results, he said I don't think I can make you happy! Wow....insulting! I said, "you are the professional, you see all of these errors, you know this could have been done better, he said yes I actually see these bubbles on the fireplace, which I'm going to try to fix before I leave...ok but everything else would you want to post these photos on your website and are you proud of the work? And he said yes! So he didn't fix the bubbles, and here is the PROOF of their work, proof that no one would be happy with this level of work. Also during this time he said he is starting his own company called Monarch Painting, separating from current pso I wouldn't recommend that company either.

He blatantly lied to me saying he would help me and take the snow off the roof and tarp it to prevent serious water damage from occurring. 2. He blocked my number. I was not aggressive or rude when I called him with the issue. 3. He did not stand by his warranty. Would you want someone like this working on your roof to protect your family? His behavior is sickening and illegal. No honesty or integrity. Does not stand by his work.

Also, my suspicions were confirmed after the past seven years I have been constantly needing to fill in with wood putty the gaps between the boards. After having our kitchen gutted and new cabinets installed and the floors fixed where cupboards once stood, the highly skilled flooring guy we are using pointed out after sanding the dining room and kitchen the difference between the red and white oak, along with the tight seal of the wood floors where they filled in the sections missing flooring due to having cupboards prior vs the gaps in the floor installed by New York Flooring. When the owner tells you if you pay in cash it would be cheaper vs. paying by check or credit card should be a red alarm. We wanted the paper trail but he wanted an under the table job.
