She's super realistic and careful. She assesses your hair situation and makes sure to take that into account whenever lightening the hair. It seemed reasonable that they gave me enough notice, so I happily said okay. I arrived at around 10:48am, was checked in, and was told she was almost done. At 11:00 I was starting to get frustrated and was concerned I wasn't going to be seen soon. I then noticed my assigned stylist picked up a curling iron to begin curling her clients hair. I waited a few more minutes, just in case she wasn't going to be curling her entire head, and at 11:07 I had to walk up to the front desk and tell them I was leaving. The lady at the front desk seemed genuinely apologetic, but there was nothing that could really be done at that point. It's extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to have a scheduled appointment run 40 min late. Update: The stylist also reached out directly via text to apologize and offer a complimentary service. This was very much appreciated. Thank you both for trying to rectify my experience. 4 stars for your efforts to address my concerns.

I've gotten tons of compliments on my hair and Leslie doesn't waste any time when working. She's quick to respond and she makes the space work. There's a Starbucks in the lot so I usually start with a coffee and enjoy my hair days. Leslie is very skilled in color and highlights and is a true "harapist" and multi- tasker. She has great products too but doesn't push them so if you want them you'll have to ask her about purchasing.
