When we went in there was only one stylist so when she said who wanted to go first I asked if there were no other stylists. She said no it was just her which I was disappointed in because I didn't want to have to wait. We weren't even offered any drinks. The stylist offered to wash my hair before she started my fiends trim I said sure thinking it would help with time. She placed some leave in conditioner and asked if I was comfortable. I was for a moment but I was left at the sink the entire time it was taking for my friends trim and hair curling so it definitely became uncomfortable. When it was finally my turn I was kinda surprused how basic a blow out was because she dried it and then used a curling iron to curl it right after. When I told another friend about that she told me that's not a true blow out and there's a round brush that should be involved and takes quite a while. As we were leaving I told my friend it kinda sucked and I felt like I could've done that myself. She said it might be that the stylist just wanted to eat because the stylist told her her bf brought her food. For the price, absolutely not. The girl was nice but she is not ready to work on her own. Also whoever does scheduling should've reached out to us to tell us we would have to share a single stylist and not just a surprise. I would not recommend this place, 1st impression is everything. I appreciate the owner reaching back out but I was not informed there would only be one stylist. That is a lie. We would have either rescheduled or booked elsewhere.

She didn't ask me if I had a stylist preference and I didn't realize there was another gal. The one I was assigned to was very nice and gave me a lovely head massage when she washed my hair. I explained that I wanted a TRIM- a bit off the back and some blending. She proceeded to cut, but had trouble styling. (I had to ask her to put mousse in-I have very fine hair) She attempted to style but it was pretty sad. Very flat. The final straw was when I paid and it was $11.00 more than the last time. I've gotten tons of compliments on my hair and Leslie doesn't waste any time when working. She's quick to respond and she makes the space work. There's a Starbucks in the lot so I usually start with a coffee and enjoy my hair days. Leslie is very skilled in color and highlights and is a true "harapist" and multi- tasker. She has great products too but doesn't push them so if you want them you'll have to ask her about purchasing.

I had been researching different reviews and I came across a review on Kara's page that spoke to me. I decided to call Kara and ask to do a consultation. I met with her and I shared my frustrations and communicated what I wanted. Kara was honest and told me what she could do to correct what the previous stylist had done to my hair. I loved her honesty and I decided to make the switch. I know it's going to take some time to get my hair to where I want it to be but I do know that I'm in good hands.
