The only issue I had with her was a communication lapse regarding the timing of the home inspection, but she responded very well to feedback and was able to work with us to move forward. I therefore count that as something positive because you can't ever expect perfection from a person or situation, but it is very important to work with someone who can adjust to feedback, rectify the situation and move forward, and that's exactly who Kelly is.
