Two or three times a day they frequently checked on me to ensure that I was getting all that I required during my staff. The activity leaders are so kind and really try to keep the residents busy with chair yoga, music, karaoke, word games, BINGO... I love that they assign PALs (care givers) to groups of residents, and most will pitch in and help whether or not they are assigned to a particular resident. Campbell Village took care of both my mother and father when they needed 24/7 care the most. My…read moremother was there for almost 6 years in Memory Care and my father had his own room near the Memory Care section for almost 3 years. My mother had gone on hospice at least 3 times while there, and each time the Memory Care and staff were so communicative and responsive so that my brothers and I could always know how she was doing. There were many times where Campbell Village helped us to get our mom and dad to the hospital for urgent situations, helping us to coordinate our dad's dialysis appointments, and also helping us to reserve the special dining room for our birthday dinners, special lunches, and holiday dinners. Campbell Village staff and the Memory Care staff significantly helped improve the quality of life for both my parents and my adult siblings so that we were sure our parents were safe and taken care of for their needs. And when the inevitable day arrived for my dad in 2024 and then 1 year later for my mom in 2025, Campbell Village called us immediately so that we can be there in those last moments. I will always be so grateful for their care, attentiveness, support, and empathy for both my mom and dad. The staff here really do care and I really felt that. My father unfortunately and suddenly had to entire hospice care after a stay at a hospital and I had a few days to decide where he could spend his remaining time since we did not have the ability to care for him at home. Luckily I had searched in advance and by chance it was Mina's home. The hospice agency we were working with also recommend her place. I was able to contact Mina and she was able to accommodate my father on short notice. She was patient, caring and very supportive of our situation. He was housed in a nice quiet room and Mina's staff along with hospice nurse provided fantastic care to make him comfortable. Unfortunately, he was only there for a few days, but he passed away peacefully with our family present and for that we will forever be greatful. It could not have happened without the loving care we received from Mina and her staff. They gave him fresh gown, gave him a shave, and fresh coconut oil cream to make him feel special while he was there too! Thank you again Mina and her staff for all that you did for our family!

Allyson (Memory Program Director) and Gilda (Director of Resident Care Services) are absolutely incredible.
