On two occasions I had to work with them. Both times they were horrible. They're good at talking and fluff but don't provide any real service. They can't even give you a pre procedure approval before getting medical procedures. This gives them the opportunity to deny after the procedure is done. It's so bad that I saw one service provider would not provide services unless there's prepayment because from experience they know that they will delay and try to deny payments after service is rendered. It's terrible that our employers are using this service with the health insurance!
