The two striped long sleeve sweatshirt tees I brought in to be shortened had side vents along the bottom of the hem. they opened up the piece and made them more flowing. I fully expected them to look exactly as they looked when I brought them in. The shirts cost me $120 each. You made no mentioned at the time of service there would be an extra fee for vents in the cost of shortening either tee. I waited 3 weeks for them and it looked like you had just finished them that morning because the were not bagged and on the to go rack.
