When I was told to head over to the pedicure room I noticed that a lot of pedicure bowls were left undrained & the works stations had leftover soda cans & wrappers still out. I asked to upgrade my service to a Spa Pedicure but it was mistaken for a signature spa pedicure. The woman, Wendy, who completed my service, cut my skin 5 times and did not apologize or address it once. She would file my nail so harsh against my skin & the tools she used made the wounds worse. I will always pay for a service I request and that's exactly what I did, I paid $115 for my service and I still tipped but I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
