She walks me in to this curtain small room and tells me to change and out all my items in a bin for storing. Then we walk to the chair where I am able to lay down. I felt very rushed and she was going through the combing and sensing very quick like she was trying to catch up with time. After a while she did slow down just a bit to massage my scalp. I couldn't really relaxed and essentially also felt tense that at one point she said relax but I just wasn't enjoying it. The halo was used for about 5 mins and then I was taken to a small back room where she dried my hair and while finishing I saw crawling on the wall a cockroach.
