Every few months I would stop by, and buy a mixed case. I learned to ask, How much of this is available? If I liked it, I would call and reserve a case. Today, I stopped by to pick up a mixed case for the holidays. I had a photo on my phone of some bottles I had bought during a previous visit, hoping to buy more. I asked someone, Are any of these still available? His response, "Yes, No, Yes, and Yes." And before I could ask where they were, he said " Look out behind you. We're loading new inventory. Can you please get out of the way? " So I got out of the way. There were 2 or 3 people delivering wine, and a few more stocking and organizing. But there were no other customers in the store. Nobody bothered to ask me, "Can I help you?" I've never felt so invisible in my entire life. I wandered through the aisles, found a few bottles, paid for them, and left. I know the holidays are a busy time, but this was a Wed morning, about 10AM. And this is the last time I will shop there.

On 4/10/26, I went to Vape Smoke Universe to purchase a mod and was also sold batteries for it. After getting home, I realized the batteries they sold me were completely incompatible with the mod. I went back to the store to fix the issue, only to find out they didn't even have the correct batteries in stock. Had I known that from the beginning, I never would've bought the mod in the first place. I then had to go back home AGAIN to grab the box to attempt a return or exchange, and made a third trip back to the store--all because of their mistake. That's three trips and a huge waste of my time. Instead of properly fixing the issue, their "solution" was to deliver the correct batteries to me later, after I'm already off work, which is incredibly inconvenient. They sold me incompatible products, caused multiple unnecessary trips, and still refused to take accountability or offer any real compensation for the inconvenience. I even tried to exchange for a different mod (with about a $60 difference in price), and they still wouldn't work with me at all. The whole situation made it feel like I was the problem, when this all started because of their error. Very disappointing experience. After being a loyal customer for years, this is how they handle things. I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Three straight times there has been a loud, talkative guy in his 50s standing by the cash register after he has completed his transaction who doesn't leave after paying and who gives me a dirty look when I come up to buy my beer. The store clerk is super nice and does not seem to notice that the loitering customer doesn't like being interrupted in their conversation. It's the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a long time. If the friendly clerk leads the customer to think that he can just stand there and have a long conversation, that's nuts. I doubt I will go back. There are other places I can get craft beer nearby.
