A lovely woman named Rose was kind enough to look through the sale shoes and send me pictures--top view/side view, clarify colors, style, staying-on-ability (or the lack of it), etc. Also to walk me through their regular stock availability over the phone and by text. She really went above and beyond. I ended up with four pairs which are all wonderful. The transaction was easy.
