Because they don't offer after-school slots for new patients (the latest they offer is 2:30 PM), I had to arrange classroom coverage to leave work early as a teacher, and pull my daughters out of school. After dealing with school delays, traffic, and difficult parking, we walked into the office at 2:40 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment. The receptionist was on the phone, and when she finally acknowledged us at 2:41pm, she rudely informed me that they would not see us because we were past their 10-minute grace period by one minute. We were literally one minute late with two young kids in tow. I understand the need to stay on schedule, but to turn away a new patient who waited over a month for an appointment--and who clearly rushed to get there--over sixty seconds is completely rigid and lacking in basic customer service. We will not be back and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want an office that values its patients' time and effort.
