They made sure he had food, checked the water level in his fountain, scooped the litter box, and played with Caspian. Twice a day I received text messages stating what had been done, and contained several pictures of my happy cat. Brittany and Andi also made sure there was a light on in the house at night, and opened and closed my blinds and curtains. Bonus - they even brought my garbage can in off the street and brought in my mail that was delivered at the end of my vacation (I didn't even ask them to do that). We look forward to her Dogi Duty reports, which lets us know when she took the dogs out and what business they did. She also brings in packages, gives the dogs fresh water, and lets us know if anything out of the ordinary pops up. We completely trust Sara, and that is the most important thing for us. We found with the bigger dog walking companies that the walkers didn't always show up on time, the billing was erratic, and worst of all, the walkers sometimes went through our personal belongings. There were three dogs in the home when it happened. One of the dogs was also shot and killed. Chance and his brother Champ survived the attack and were taken to an animal shelter in rural NC where they have been for the last month. I felt compelled that I need to adopt one of the dogs so they would know love once again. A good friend of mine is looking to adopt Chance's brother. I reached out to Pamela after I had a disaster in trying to crate train Chance. She was able set up a consultation in a very timely matter. She was so kind and you can tell she really cares about helping Chance make the transition to his new home. I really can't say enough good things about Pamela, she is a special person for sure.
