The staff will talk down to you, and when you voice your opinion they will mark an "X" on your back. Staff said I showed up to work inappropriately dressed; luckily, I had taken a photo that morning and showed them, asking them what was inappropriate about the outfit. They were dumbfounded and said you shouldn't be using your phone at work. I just so happened to take the picture during my lunch break. When I said that to them, they said I was being hostile and disrespectful. I didn't know that me telling my truth and discrediting their lies was me being hostile. If this is what they do to the adults, I can only imagine what they do the children. Stay away for your sake and your child's sake.

Raising the rate is the price of doing business with large companies. Money is all that matters. Maybe drive a little further to teach these companies we wont tolerate price gouging.

We also love all of the activities they do and how they take the time to teach the little ones a variety of subjects. It's comforting to see how happy our little one is throughout the day and how much he's learning. Our guy also loves the food and eats so well there! We experienced multiple serious safety incidents involving our toddler at Primrose School of East Mesa. Despite months of trying to work with leadership, the issues were never resolved, communication was inconsistent, most incidents were communicated to us parents-to-parent and when we asked leadership about what happened their response was "who told you" over prioritizing resolution. We were ultimately forced to unenroll for our child's safety. We were also given conflicting explanations and very limited follow-up from administration. I'm sharing this so other parents can be aware and ask the important questions before enrolling. Our kids deserve transparency, accountability, and safe care every single day and in our experience, that's not a Primrose priority.

Loss of diapers/pull ups. Coming home super dirty and has 4 outfits to be changed into. Lack of appearance, doesn't look like a school, just a baby sitting service. If a child is NOT potty trained they will be held back in the 2's room until potty trained. Age 3 plus is combined in one room. Room for 3 year olds is closed , lack of staff and definitely needs remodeling. The toys and play items are dirty and ran down. There has been multiple directors in less than two years.

Being a first time parent and transitioning your child from being with you 24/7 to daycare is tough, for child and parent alike. What I found incredibly helpful was the time Ms. Penny took to answer all of our questions and make us feel confident in our decision. The transition was very smooth, our little one runs to the door every time we say it's time for school. He often just runs straight into the classroom, already busy playing, a true reflection of his teachers' supportive and caring nature. He is confident and at ease, and what's been most surprising is how much his knowledge and learning continue to expand. From watching him dance with his classmates to fun tunes, to seeing him replicate that at home, or hearing him point to our eyes and ears and say the words, every day feels like he develops a new skill. His vocabulary and social skills are both continuously growing. Although leaving your child to go to work never gets easier, I have full peace of mind knowing he is in the right hands. We are constantly updated with pictures and videos from his day, along with fun events, dress-up days, learning milestones, and classroom activities. They also have an amazing backyard with real grass for the kids to run around in, and even a splash area during the summer.
