At the end of the day, though, everyone in our group agreed that it was well worth the price (and, particularly if you're coming from the East Coast, you're going to be awake early anyway!). Our guide, Jon, made sure that everything ran as efficiently as it possibly could have. Not only did he ensure that we hit all of the Park highlights, but he took us away from the biggest crowds to show us views that were true " hidden gems." Jon was so knowledgable on the history, the environment, and other facts related to the area that we could not have enjoyed it more. Truly an experience of a lifetime! He was also looking at his phone, searching for music while driving 85 MPH in the high speed lane. Sure, he was quite knowledgeable about Sedona and Jerome but, our lives were at risk. (I was sitting to the rear right of the driver & could see the speedometer). The other van following us could not keep up with us, no wonder why?! I believe this drivers name is Zack. If you value your life/safety beware!

It was a very long day so be prepared if you want to go. The seats in the van are small so a large person probably could not do it there were 10 passengers. The passenger seat seats were like this: front row seats-3 across, 2nd row-2 across, 3rd row-2 across, back row-4 across. There was 1 cup holder per row and there was wifi and phone chargers. An ice chest with bottled water was also provided . gratuities are not included. We had a nice day but you are in the van traveling most of the day

They loan you a device that has static coming from it to detect ghost and it may have voices once in a wile. Will you experience a ghost probably not. Can you enjoy playing along most certainly. They make it so you will want to upgrade to the longer tour by starting a story and saying that they will finish the story at the end of the tour. But they mean at the end of the longer tour not the one hour tour. If you're going to do it take the long tour. Or the history tour. Otherwise it's really not worth anything. But still if you need something to do go for it. Just don't expect much. I didn't expect anything and I was still let down. Not worth the amount of money it cost. This is just my opinion and I'm unaware of any other ghost tour in Jerome AZ. I bought my tickets online and went to the place in Jerome that does ghost tours. Cool looking place that has a lot of dog stuff which seems like they may favor dogs.

The ranch is absolutely beautiful, and the horses are well cared for and wonderful to ride. One of our favorite parts was the tour through the little Western town--it was such a unique experience and really brought the area's history to life. You can tell this land is full of rich history and has been cared for with pride. This experience exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely got our money's worth. This is OPEN! Just went to visit Arcosanti with a friend that came to town and what a cool…read moreexperience. You have to schedule a tour, self guided are not allowed. The tour guide Joseph was so kind and full of energy. The video you watch when you get there is a very heart felt explanation of the passion to continue this community. They own 800 acres and the property is built on 20 acres, it was built between 1971-1975 for the main spaces that are shared. 45 people live there but could range to 80. They show how the products and structure are made. I had no clue about silk casts and loved the hands on understanding and history. They have concerts, events, gatherings. Etc at the amphitheater. Check out the website. The cafe is closed. You can stay as a hotel guest overnight. They offer apprenticeship also.

Clearly what the original architect had in mind many years ago never came to fruition as it really hasn't changed in years. Is appears to be a small artist community but we didn't see anything going on at the moment so couldn't tell if it id still active or they make everything south in Scottsdale at Cosanti. There is a gift shop where you can watch a brief video on the history and learn about their wind chime creations. Personally I've received many of the wind chimes over the last 20 years for housewarmings or Christmas gifts. Each is unique. The greeter in the gift shop was friendly and stated there is a tour available as well. We didn't have time for the tour but purchased a couple of small gifts. He suggested visiting the Scottsdale location as well which is called Cosanti. I had no idea it was located in Scott's well. Will check it out.
