Before I discovered all American K-9 I was 100% disappointed and discouraged with all of the…read moreprevious training and gadgets that I had tried. I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

All American K‑9 deserves every star. I researched trainers for weeks before choosing Bob, and I'm…read moreso thankful I did. Before training, Maggie was almost impossible to walk, constant leash pulling, barking, and reactivity that made it embarrassing to take her anywhere. Since our very first lesson, she has completely transformed. She's calmer, more responsive, and so much easier to handle. Now I can take her with me to Lowe's or PetSmart and she walks right next to me, relaxed and focused. I even get compliments from people about how calm she is. Bob explains everything clearly and gives you tools that actually work. If you're looking for a trainer who truly knows what he's doing, this is the place.

Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

Update in response to the Trainer who left a comment-He did not use a neck protector for my dog at any time. Only offered a neck protector after he gave me my dog back with the marks on his neck and took 2 and a half weeks afterwards to give me the neck protector. (Btw, I got my dog back May 26th, picture was taken July 4th-time stamped, showing how raw my dog's neck was over a month later. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the multiple scabs my dog had on his neck when I got him back, didn't realize I needed proof. I feel like multiple scabs and raw skin is not just aesthetic.). He did not do any follow up sessions with me. I'm confused on how he is saying at home follow up sessions occured when he didn't have my new address, moved due to my dog attacking the dog at the house I was at. The amount of sessions he is claiming happened afterwards with a different trainer is incorrect as well. There was not 5-6 follow up sessions. Please keep your information correct. (I've had to state this many times.) Any sessions that the company kept trying to offer were group sessions outside of the house, not focusing on my dog's main issues-in house territory/possession issues. Which is why they were not going to see my dog's issue when sessions were conducted outside the house, as stated to them numerous times. -As I provided proof to the company, my dog was able to be off leash with other dogs outside of the home prior to training. Time stamped, multiple videos of it. Please stop trying to make it seem like my dog couldn't do that prior. My dog had very specific issues that needed to be addressed and it was not acknowledged. Additional update. Trainer has now updated his comment to say 4 sessions. I've had written responses from the company/trainers stating 3sessions, 6, 5-6, and now 4sessions. I had even been accused of cancelling several sessions, when I never cancelled any. He did cancel our first appointment shortly before it was going to happen and he rescheduled multiple sessions in which I had to rearrange things with my work to attend. There are a couple questions I feel I should have been able to get answers for such as: Why wasn't a neck protector used? Why wasn't sessions done focusing on my dog interacting with the dog he previously attacked(and attacked afterwards)? It was a month of the dogs not interacting with each other.

My puppy screamed in pain and the "trainer" started yelling at me to "get out!" and as I carried my screaming puppy out he mockingly shouted to all the other owners "She's just a drama queen!" My puppy would not bear weight on the injured foot. X-rays showed there were no broken bones, so the veterinarian bandaged her leg and we waited a week until the bandage was removed to find out if she needed an MRI to assess ligament injury. Fortunately when her bandage was removed she was no longer lame so no ligament injury. We had an almost $500 veterinary bill from her injury at the Zoom Room and the owner/manager never contacted us. The "trainer" said he would refund our $25 puppy play group fee and did not.

Driving to work one day, a stray dog ran in front of my car, little did I know that this would be the start of a new chapter of our lives. I pulled to the side of the road, called the dog to me, loaded him in my car and took him to our local shelter, promising to return if he was not claimed. Christmas Eve we adopted Max. Bringing him home proved to be challenging. Our Senior French bulldogs wanted nothing to do with Max and my husband and I, both disabled Seniors, knew nothing of the Malinois special needs. We needed help and were so overwhelmed that we reached out to Malinois Rescue, the Woof Project, thinking it might be best to place Max with a more knowledgeable, and younger family. Both the Woof project and our dentist and family friend Dr.Robert Karl Jr hiighly recommended Eric Reyes. Eric offered us a unique program of living with us and Max in our home for a week, which became an incredible and unforgettable week of learning and the foundation of a solid, positive relationship with Max. Eric excels at his craft, not just a dog trainer or handler, hes so intuitive, that he was able to understand that Max had received some rough treatment and that one needed to proceed gently but firmly. The week of training with Eric and Max was amazing. We learned a new language and how to apply this language in our day to day life with Max. Eric took us through daily life with Max, gently giving us the tools for both Max and us to have the needed language and skills to live a rewarding life together. From house breaking, grooming, diet, to loading in and out of the car safely, obedience training, walking safely on and off leash, all the tools to have a safe, successful and rewarding relationship. We consider Eric to be a friend for life, who has given us one of lifes greatest gifts, a dog to share our hearts and home with. Max is so well behaved now and we can not thank Eric enough. Eric, our home is your home and we look forward to sharing more adventures with you. Sincere thanks, Tamara and Richard Miller
