I came for breakfast and this spot didn't disappoint. I wanted a real good bagel breakfast sandwich.. bacon egg and cheese! The staff was so nice and asked if I wanted it toasted.. yes please! Wow when she brought to table it was hot and cheese melted it was just little toasty and sooo good! No need for any condiments.. the bagel was little crunch on outside and soft on inside the bacon perfectly cooked as were eggs! Perfect way to start the day.. there's a few tables and a bar height table at window. Lots of different kinds of bagels and different flavors of cream cheeses! I've tried every bagel place in this area and none of them compare to Minervini's. Their bagels are always made fresh, so full of taste, and never shipped. They need a bigger spot, for sure, because it gets soooo packed in there but it's for good reason. Very casual and friendly. Love this spot! read more

I took my mother here and we had such a great experience. First walking into the place it's very clean and very organized. You are greater by a friendly staff and the cool thing is the staff that takes your order is the one that makes your order which I find cool. The food is absolutely delicious I got a hungry man breakfast bagel and it was filling and was fresh. It wasn't pre made it's made to order. If you're looking for a good bagel or sandwich. I had the mocha cream (iced) it was okay. Not my fav but I am very new in ordering iced coffee, and hot coffee for that matter. Can order out or eat in. They also had fresh deli meat for sale. Minervini's is something of a local gem here in Snead's Ferry. Their bagels are always delicious and come in a great assortment. All options are worth a try but I'd personally recommend the "Everything" bagel with cream cheese or in the breakfast sandwich. If you really wanna round it out just add any of the coffee options they serve. If not coffee, don't worry. They have a few large freezers with plenty of options. The staff is also great and very friendly. It is a small shop so I recommend you order with the intent to each outside or even take it out to the beach. The only thing to be prepared for is you may have to deal with some of the locals who are also after their morning bagel fix. Locals around Snead's are known for being crabby and rude. Don't take it personal though! You are likely in the area for the beach...and not these delicious bagels lol. read more

A hidden gem in the Topsail Beach area. We were looking for a breakfast place and found Minervini's. We ordered omelets: Southwest and Western along with cups of coffee and Novalicious bagel sandwich. I think the food is usually ordered to-go so we got our food in to-go boxes although we dined in - which is not a problem. The food was delicious although was really blown away by the Novalicious bagel sandwich. The staff was really friendly and was more than willing to give us coffee refills. As we took our time to enjoy our breakfast, we felt really welcome and we didn't feel rushed by the staff. Highly recommended! read more

Went here for breakfast on Labor Day. Everyone enjoyed their bagel sandwhich orders but what really stood out was the coffee. Some of the best coffee I have had in town and they clearly took a lot of pride in their homemade syrups and quality espresso. Would definitely come again. read more

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with the egg over medium and cheddar...sooo yummy and the egg was perfect. There is a small seating area inside and more seating outside. They lost .5 because the order took around 10 minutes for one sandwich. I appreciate the fresh order but was able to watch them putting the sandwiches together and wrapping so sloooowly, and watched as my sandwich sat for a few minutes until being brought to me. There were 3-4 orders ahead of me and I watched how slowly the process took. It was a Saturday morning around 9am....not a crowd and no line. It's a little bagel shop in Sneads Ferry owned by Paul Minervini from Long Island New York (also owns Bumble Bee Landscaping). I love the fact the bagel shop is open at 6 a.m. which appeals to me since I am from Brooklyn, NY and I am used to getting up early. Their menu is simple yet diversified where it counts. Bagels, cream cheese, and salads are all made in house. They have the best and freshest brewed coffee without needing a flavored syrup. I also love the fact you get breakfast anytime you want. Four stars because they are really the only option in the area and the bagels are tasty!! The logistics can be a bit of a mess and I think they can get overwhelmed by the crowds. We went in on Saturday and didn't have to wait long on Sunday we waited around half an hour for our bagels. This spot was right by our hotel so we went twice! On Saturday we tried out a spinach bagel and a salt bagel with cream cheese. They were both tasty, but barely toasted at all. On Sunday we tried an everything with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Both were good, but the egg sandwich was kind of cold since the only thing hot on it was the egg. If I were to go back I'd definitely stick with an everything bagel with cream cheese. They give you enough plain cream cheese to cover about five bagels, but hey I'd rather have more than less! They had a ton of fancy coffee drinks that kept the employee running the espresso machine crazy busy. I liked that they had a ton of Numi Tea options. However on the second visit in order to get the hot water my ticket had to go in the fancy coffee line so it took awhile. Their bagels are awesome, and they make them fresh there in the store every day. If you like a popular kind of bagel, try to get there soon, as they get busy and may sell through their stock. Their food is all made-to-order, not assembled and kept warm. Keep that in mind when you order, as you may have a wait. Everything here is fresh, just like you'd make it, but their kitchen can get swamped pretty quickly by beach traffic. The wait is totally worth it, though. Oh, and Uber Eats and the like don't actually service this store, though they list them. (I've heard of that happening a few times) I recommend the Hungry Man on an Everything bagel to start.
