I had a great experience with this super professional company! My husband and I had central air installed and unfortunately, the AC company did not install the unit properly. Water flooded into our basement for two days. We reached out to Kinetic Restoration and they had two professionals, Chris and Jamie, come out that same day... on a Sunday for that matter! They were very fast, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They then came back for the next 3 days to check on the status of the drying and to make sure everything was running smoothly and effectively. We were able to avoid any drywall work, but did have to pull up our carpet. Chris and Jamie removed our carpet pad and installed a new one in less than a few hours and honestly, you can't even tell anything happened. Thank you so much to this awesome company! Nate and Chris very promptly examined the situation and quickly provided equipment to help start drying out the area. I'm ONI electrical constructors , and I have a completed in 2016 one electrical commercial project for Kenetik restoration, and never received the full payments of all my invoices. ONI electrical constructors never received the $10,000.00 plus from Kenetik restoration. The project we was working on it: Sawmill Bar and Restaurant at Elizabeth CO. We got hired attorney to help us get the lien for the property, and our invoices still haven't been paid yet. We are recommended to everyone who has worked with the company to charge money ahead. read more

Chris Berve the VP is a liar and not to be trusted. After giving me a quote for restoration to be billed to my HOA and I asked for a separate quote for a smaller repair to be done separately while they were in the home with men and equipment. He did not quote in writing but when I asked he said it could be taken care of at no charge while they were there. After his people completed the work for my HOA in my condo they said they would take care of the additional repairs as a separate job. Upon speaking with Chris Berve today he said he does not do side jobs like that and when I expressed my frustration with his misleading earlier commitments he told me that he does not do business with people like me. He had no trouble billing my HOA for 8 hours of labor and $100 worth of supplies at 2300 though. read more

I hired this company to do some repair work for an insurance claim. When the work was done and I received the invoice I was so surprised at there charges. When I reviewed there invoice there were several charges on it that were completely bogus. They slipped in many extra charges that added up to over $1300. When I asked about this they immeditely dropped the charges down over $1000. I wanted to post this so the public can be aware of this company and there deception with there charges. Because it was an insurance claim they thought they could get away with this and nobody would notice. Be careful with this company!! Due your due diligence and make sure they do what they say there going to do and check your invoice!! read more

This company was working on a project next to my house for a very long time as i would see the van(s) when I returned from work; I happen to be home one day and caught the worker stealing water from outdoor faucet, when I said something to the worker he said "well I knocked and you did not answer so I just took the water" he just admitted to stealing. I mentioned that my water bill had been higher the past couple of months and asked he if had been stealing water for a while he began to stutter and came up with a story it was the "other guys". Now I made it point to contact the company directly via their website (https://rethinkrestoration.com/) and express my concerns however after several months no one has got back to me a private matter that could have been discussed and resolved if a discussion would have taken placed now has turned a public matter. if you decide to higher these guys advise your neighbors they will see an increase in their utilities and extra garbage including marijuana accessories and cigarette butts in their yards/driveways which could be from the "other guys" as well. read more

We gutted and remodeled out bathroom using Kinetic through the Lowe's in Greenwood Village (who were great also). We've done a lot of remodeling projects and when Josh walked through the door it was the first time I thought, "I think I can actually relax and trust this person." So we moved forward. So at this point everything with the project was great. However, they took a pretty quick turn from great to amazing and outstanding when I found that I had to have back surgery that would require significant recovery (preferably without the dust and in-and-out of people associated with a remodel). That's where Dan N. came in to the picture. As our project manager, he immediately saw my plight and I know that many things were moved and shifted around to make our project happen early. He was in constant contact with me throughout the project, which is greatly appreciated. There is nothing worse than having a plumber, electrician, etc. say they are coming at 8 and five hours later, they aren't there. With Dan and his team, this was never an issue. I always knew who was coming and when. Dan T. did the tiling and much of the other things in the bathroom and he was remarkable! He was courteous and always asked my opinion when needed. I also know he worked really hard to get this done before my surgery. As with any remodel, there have been a few tiny hiccups at the end (loose switch plate, etc.) and Dan has been on top of things immediately. We would not hesitate to use them again. And the bathroom turned out amazing!!!! read more
